Great place great staff fantastic food nice to see managers helping
Lilly’s second outing in the public with me since being diagnosed with leukemia. She wanted Cracker Barrel & the staff there were amazing to accommodate. Chairs & table were wiped thoroughly & positioned where there wasn’t a lot of traffic. That small outing made her day. Levels are up & doing amazing. ♥️ https://www.facebook.com/groups/519869572450034/permalink/670665404037116/?mibextid=H6v3FD
My fiancé, our 2yr old and I went for breakfast before a drs appointment.... our waitress was very nice and sweet!! We ask for an orange juice before we left and when she brought us the bill she said this is the only thing that you owe for because your meal was taken care of already!! There were only 2 other people in there when we got there... it was a wonderful morning and that just made it even better!!
I always thought of Cracker Barrel as a family restaurant. For such a place, they really “push” alcoholic beverages, both on their printed menus and the server’s presentation when they bring the menus.
Wanted to try due to all the positive reviews. Was disappointed. Bacon is definitely not thick cut as it states on menu. The only thing I really enjoyed was the biscuits. I would not recommend the French Toast.
The wait was not long, especially for Sunday morning! However they did something odd with our table and the way they served us. We are a family of eight but they gave us two servers, one for each side of the table. That did not go smoothly especially since some kids were splitting food. And then they asked us if we wanted separate tickets. The food was good, not great. The scrambled eggs were all very runny, and when we mentioned this to the waitress at the end, there was little to no reaction. I was also disappointed that the steel cut oats are no longer on the breakfast menu.
The only reason we spent so much for two people is we tip good when we have good service. The service is always good and the manager was running around taking care of business and we left full. Always a great stop no matter what town you're in.
Our server was excellent as well as the food! I’ve deducted one star, however, because the person at the front who first seated us was so rude. She turned a simple table reservation into the most convoluted jumble. She seemed bothered to even place menus.
the server was not trained properly, forgot order, she didn't bring condiments. she was doing touchbaks every 3 minutes, which made it hard to enjoy our food
