I am giving 1 star, as the restaurant charge you extra for chutney or sambar when asked.We are living 2022, don't you think Customer do deserve it a bit.Adding to this, restuarant had flys around and silverware is not clean.Food was up to mark, excluding side dish Chutney, Sambar qty.Do tryPongal, medu vada, ravva masala dosa are all time favorites
I can say this is one Indian restaurant in Bentonville which is worth going. We need not comprimise with taste.Been here twice for lunch and never disappointed. Food tastes homemade ☺️I wish prices were a little less.
Easily the best Indian food in NWA. Flavors have depth and can even be “heated” up with extra spice. Try the shrimp sukka. Wish they would turn this into an entree.
Food was okay some items were not authentic indian while some was authentic. Some menu items were unavailable so make sure you don’t go with high hopes that they will serve you. No salad, raita was only 1-2 spoons, portions were small, I am also a business owner if i had a guest like that i would happy to serve them no matter what that can make them come back again even after this i will try to give them another chance again if not then i will never go back there better i drive to dallas
This is my 3rd attempt to eat at this place. Every time I walk in, the hostess seems to be shocked that I want a table. And can’t seem to seat me, even though there are tables.This time I had my family and a few friends (10 total) and although they were not busy, again the hostess/staff behind the counter were lot able to seat us. We offered to just take a seat at a couple booth but he said hold on. After waiting for 10 minutes to be seated we walked out. I know thats a short time but when 1/2 the Resturant is empty and I can’t be seated for the 3rd time! man! These guys don’t know customers service or how to make someone feel welcomed.I would like to comment on the food but I can’t seem to get the step in the process!! Maybe some you have a better experience then me but I am going to stop trying!! Good luck!
It was average and as rest of the folks have mentioned if you would go here South Indian should be something you want to try rest is okay or below average. I think even to give 3 stars it's bit generous but overall okay food taste and quality.Owners are super stingy on the sambhar for the dosa. It's really small quantity and when you ask more they don't like and I ended up charging me extra for the sambhar and chutney. I have never seen this anywhere.
I Dont even feel like giving a star. Pathetic service. Will never come ever again. I ordered 2 chola batura, one dosa and 3 teas and waited for 1 hr 30 mins. I got only dosa and cold tea. Total waste. They didnt even check for water or anything. We had to call them every 20 mins to know whats the status. Al other orders were served. Not sure if they are suffering from understaffed situation or what. Very unprofessional and poor service. Please improve!!!! I hope you learn from your competitors. Saffron is the best!
We frequently come here! The owner is amazing, the service is always friendly, and the food always exceeds expectation. Even my children love this place. The food is always very fresh and many items, like the paneer and the Lassi's, are made in house. The Wednesday/Saturday Biriyani special is amazing, just make sure to order it ahead because it's in limited quantities and very popular. I love the Butter Paneer, Vegetable Bahjis, and garlic Naan, my kids love the Chicken 65 (It's not spicy). I will always recommend this place for great Indian food. Chola Cafe is one of best restaurants in Bentenvillie. They served tasty food. Specially Dosa was awesome.Restaurant place is good. Staff response is goodWorth visit restaurant
Feel like they should check for water or some sort of soft drinks in between. Taste wise it's yummy. Hope you got it.. on taste no complaints but in my opinion only taste doesn't bring me back to place again and again. Thank you for delicious food.
