The Bad: Some old guy behind the counter stuck his bare hands in a container with prepped meat to take a quick snack break as the line begins to form OUTSIDE of the door. There was some other guy with a clipboard and headphones just walking back and forth doing nothing as two lone workers fulfilled orders. AND the parking lot was littered with old boxes labeled “burrito container” etc along with the device used to wheel out the trash cans; made it extremely difficult to leave the parking lot.Also, the fajita veggies and chicken looked burntThe Good: the customer service was not terrible and they made sure to keep the counter clean as they prepared different orders.This was on 5/29/22 at 9:20p
I have been to this place several times. It is usually great. The food is always amazing as far as taste. The One Complaint I have that just about ruins my meal everytime it seems,is that the food is Always Not Hot. I don't know why. Maybe they need to turn up the warmers. Whatever the case. If they could fix that, it'd be perfect. But that's just my opinion. Other than that great service. ?
No photos and no food. Stop in to this location. My wife ordered tacos, they are out of tacos and then sofritas. She decided on chips. I ordered the new flavor Pollo asada chicken bowl, they are out of their signature dish and bowls. I have to say this is quite disappointing seeing the amount of staff standing around. I wish there was a way to give this location no stars. Total failure for us today.
I typically order Chipotle once or twice a month through DoorDash. The quality and ratios of all the ingredients has steadily gotten worse. Today's order was a steak bowl and there was hardly any steak and anything else other than rice. Seriously 90% rice.
I wish Chipotle would step up the training for managers. Store is typically not clean enough, staff can be rude when they are busy and this specific store has a horrible parking lot to get in and out of. Maybe the lot will be better when the construction is compete but time will tell on that one.
Chipotle is really good. The kids meals are a bit small but that's alright, the customer service is good. overall chipotle is a good place to eat and I would definitely eat there again.
I'm not pro mask or anti mask. I wear them when required which leads me to the question. Why require your employees to wear one if they don't wear it correctly to begin with? I've been here 5 times in the past month. The same couple people wear them but it either doesn't come their nose or their mouth and nose just tell them not to bother.With that said the food is good for the most part. Only had 1 bad food experience which isn't bad for as much as I visit there.
Fast, friendly, and good portions. Dinning room was clean and well stocked. The only complaint is that the chips were not as crispy as I would have liked
The place was filthy.. This is by far the dirtiest Chipotle franchise I’ve ever been to. Chips all over the floor, every single table was unclean, and I never once saw an employee cleaning the messes.
Quality is inconsistent. I occasionally order chipotle for doordash and 1/3 of the time food is cold and steak is over cooked/ extremely chewy. Won’t be ordering again after having another batch with the addition of a green bug crawling around the bowl on tonight’s order.
