Went to the drive thru for breakfast and waited in line for 15 minutes. One of the workers moved some cones and created a different lane of cars, and forced us into the outside lane. That same worker then told us to merge into the normal lane. A different worker came outside and told 5 cars (us included) that they didn't want 2 lanes and that we now had to rejoin the back of the line after already waiting 15 minutes. Essentially, they messed up and then told us to go to the back of the line because of their mistake. Terrible service.
For breakfast, Had to wait behind an employee who couldn’t decide what he wanted off the menu, then he had to go get his wallet, then tried use phone to pay or app or something. Got tired of waiting and went down street to competitor. At least the cashier was polite
Kudos to Rebekah for being so friendly, smart and quick at her task. My ordering experience this morning was a ten of ten simply because of her kind hearted demeanor and pleasant smile. She deserves a raise and more responsibilities in my humble opinion. Thanks again!
I am getting tired of this location. I have ordered delivery on a few occasions but they end up being routed to the Chick-fil-A in Rogers only to get cancelled because they don’t do my order or my location is too far to be delivered. It’s extremely frustrating and a waste of time. They may as well just close up shop and sell the land to the millionaire developers next door who are building the high-end apartment complex business. This location constantly underperforms and they don’t even offer all the services that other Chick-fil-As offer. Who knows where the franchise owner/store operator is since I doubt they work in their restaurant since this place isn’t run like it used to be. It’s sad because I liked this location especially since it’s in town but I just can’t with mistake after mistake this location makes, I’m truly disappointed.
Drive thru line is always insane during peak hours. I prefer to order on the app and do inside pickup. Enter through the road that is to the left of McDonalds and go through the back gate to park on the other side of Chick-fil-a building to avoid the drive thru line!
Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs Sandra Billy , she's 100% legit and reliable. Love Chick-Fil-A , but tonight was a very unpleasant experience. We ordered 2 sandwiches and an 8 piece nuggets took 10 minutes to get to pickup window, they told us to pull forward… 7 cars behind us got their order and left, sat 12 minutes until young lady came with sack.We had asked the young man who took our order, why it was so much and he said that was the price. We gave him a $10 gift card and another one almost used up with .30 cents on it. Then finished paying with cash. Total order, he said was $19.17. I’m not certain he was even listening to us. He kept looking back at the line behind us…My husband saying “that’s a lot for what we ordered.At pickup We asked the girl for a receipt and she said there wasn’t one. That’s when I looked into the sack and saw 3 sandwiches. The young lady ask us for a card and said she would get a refund for us. I gave her my Arvest debit card ( stupid me) and she ran with it. She came back and I asked for receipt, showing the transaction, she said there wasn’t one. We got home with Luke-warm sandwich’s and nuggets.Not blaming the kids. I do think the young people should read back what people have ordered. He did not. We said that sounds like a lot for what we ordered.. but he was very bothered, kept looking behind us at the line… Management should train these young people to read back the order…
I tried to be understandable when Chick-fil-A announced the changes that they were going through, because of the pandemic and being short staffed. However, multiple times of visiting this location it seems like we encounter an issue. Unfortunately, this place is going downhill. You can now only order through drive-thru. No dine-in, no curbside pick up, or place any type of order through the app. Only in person through drive-thru. Also, always check on your order, because they won’t order exactly what you ordered or they will miss an item. But I will say that the employees are always nice and friendly regardless if they are super busy. Just sad that there’s always issues at this place.
Not a fan of the Bentonville location. It’s one of the worst I’ve been to (and I’ve been to dozens). Delivery is closed 100% of the time. You can’t order lunch items before 10:30– other locations are better in that way. Food isn’t as fresh, the staff doesn’t really have it together. BUT the tea does taste good usually. I’m taking a break from chick because of this. Canes is the better option for this town.
I love the fact that their morals are straight. Not once have I seen a gay person eat/work here. 10/10. And their food is alright too ig
