We ordered breakfast through the app and arrived at the store at 10:33. We were asked to drive to the 2nd window where the manager on duty told us breakfast was over and they had already thrown away all the food. She was very rude and snapped at us saying we'll have to go through the app to get a refund. So why, if they had our order, did they not, at the very least, save what they needed for our order. Long story short, don't order through the app because they honestly don't care about their customers
The sad thing is that during the pandemic, when the only choice for eating out was fast food windows, this Burger King was our go-to place. The people were friendly, the food was prepared quickly, and it was good. Twice now I've been given barely civil service, and today was the worst. Starting with an almost rude man at the window. No receipt given.I got a fish sandwich, and as a bonus - a long, blonde hair in my mouth. I spit it out and after a bit called the manager. I asked her for her name, but I couldn't understand what she was saying. I told her about the hair, and she was instantly defensive. She asked if I wanted a refund, and I said no, I just wanted to let you know that someone is not wearing their hat or have their hair up or something. She cut me off to tell me she "ALWAYS" makes sure they're wearing their hats. Obviously not, or I wouldn't have been served blonde hair. Not once, at any time in the call, did she say she was sorry, she knows that's unpleasant - it was all about defending her people.I'm over this. I haven't been to the McDonalds on Walton for nearly two years - a roach in the french fries took care of that. Now I will add this place to my never-visit list. I get it - it's hard work. But I work hard too. And for many, many years our food service places understood that the idea was to offer good service with good food. Now we're supposed to feel lucky if we get everything we ordered and not complain if we don't. Because then you're a Karen. I don't want to rant and scream at them, but from now on - when places fail to deliver good service (hello, Natural Muse) or good food (Burger King - hair is not good), I won't go back. That's how I'll complain silently, but effectively for me.
Got the 2 for $10 meal and it was very good. Everyone must agree because the drive thru lines were out the street. But they had the line moving. Good job!
We come all the way from the West Side of Bella Vista so it's a drive. The lobby is closed to the public only Drive thru. We arrived right when the menu changed from breakfast to lunch. The person who took our order wasn't very friendly... We ordered our food it was a simple order just one had onion rings. We pulled up to pay ... We were asked to pull around... There was no other car behind us!? So we waited about 10 minutes and the food was brought out. O checked the bag and the onion rings were missing.. we had 3 fries. I did not want to go through the drive thru just because they had a lil line of cars going.
I had the spicy cha kingthe sauce was the grossest thing I've ever put in my mouth, the chicken was like it had been cooked 2 hours ago and warmed up.
I for one, like this Burger King. The people are always helpful and polite. To person that left a rather rude review insulting the cooks (asking if they can read).... can you read? Obviously the answer is NO! A double whopper does NOT come with jalapenos and mustard. There was no need to say, "No mustard and jalapenos". Keep your insults to yourself and take a moment to study the menu a bit more before ordering. :)
These people got us through the pandemic. They fed a lot of workers who needed a place to get food during this difficult time. We love the food at Burger King. We appreciate the people who work there! Thank you.
I've never had a bad meal at this location. The staff are always friendly. They always make it my way.
Extremely rude. I stopped by today around 3:00pm and when I git to the window, a heavy set man with a tattoo on his arm just handed me my drink and told me the cost; there was no hello or anything. After i paid and he gave me back my credit card, I SAID, thank you and that person did not even answer. Then an older heavy set woman handed me the food. Again, I SAID thank you and the woman just turned around and walked away.
They have the absolute best coupons Nd online deals. And my kids love the food to. Win win
