The quality of this establishment has gone downhill. My wife and I arrived a little before 1pm on a Monday afternoon. The doors seemed locked, but after calling them we were told they were open but their doors get stuck sometimes. One of the employees came and had to basically shoulder the front doors open. When leaving we had to kick the door open... this seems like a safety issue that maybe the fire marshal should be made aware of. As for the service and food, we were seated and after a few minutes our drink and appetizer order was taken. Nearly 15 mins had passed before our appetizer showed up. I had ordered the chili con queso and by the time it reached my table the top layer of the cheese was cold. I also asked for no Pico but it showed up at my table with it anyways. I didnt want to make a big deal about the pico, mostly because I didnt want to wait another 15 mins to get the correct order. My wife and I then sat with no further service from the staff. I had to get up and my own refills. Nearly 40 mins after sitting down, our waitress came over to finally take our meal order. I declined to order any further and promptly requested my check. The service was horrible. I would expect slower than normal service had they been busy but there were only 4 tables, including ours. I will not be back. Hopefully Wingstop or Foghorns will appreciate our business more.
It took total 3 hours to get the service done for a customer. Almost 2 hours to get food on table. We waited for 45 min to get the table. Most of the tables are empty and not cleaned. Service is extremely slow to dine in. They took more than 1 hour to get our food on table. I wouldn't recommend anyone to dine in and wast their time. Quality of food is average. This place is not busy at all.
There’s a reason this location has such a massive amount of poor reviews. The food is very hit or miss, usually being a miss. The staff is overall pretty terrible with waitresses either having a bad attitude or zero personality. I don’t come to Buffalo Wild Wings to be “entertained” by the wait staff. But at the very least I shouldn’t feel like I’m doing something wrong or bothering them by doing very basic things like asking for silverware so I can eat.Last time I ate here I was extremely sick for a few days. Almost went to the hospital because of much I was puking. Getting so sick off the food was enough for me to never return. I can’t imagine this location stays open much longer.Dirty everywhere, rude staff, slow service. No thanks.
Consistently over the last 2 years this location has extremely slow service. I mean reeeally bad. I met with friends the other night and the bartender/waitress moved like molasses. The food also took a ridiculously long time just for wings. The place was absolutely not busy. I don' t know what happened to this place, but I'd only go there if you've got LOTS of time to spare. Usually, that level of dysfunction stems from poor management and/or an ambivalent owner. This results in an unhealthy culture that impacts the staff. To me, the time wasted and uncaring staff makes it not worth the price paid. I probably should give up hope that it will change and stop going back.And if I get an owner response that says "go to this website and fill out this form so we can learn more", yeah, I saw that on another comment and tried it but the link is broken. But I'm sure the owner doesn't care.
The food quality has gone from best to worst. Waited for more than an hour to receive the worst burger - flavorless and mushy with overcooked patties. The wings were way too overcooked. Felt like dog food. The only saving grace was Nachos and Potato Wedges. Rest everything were horrible. Complained to the manager and received a 20%off on the receipt which is nothing compared to the state of the food. Will not visit this location in near future.
Service is so slow! We waited 13+ minutes after we were brought cold fries for new ones; the guy next to us waited a really long time to pay out and we never saw our server so he just left. and i don’t blame him! dirty restaurant, chicken legs just on the floor in the center of the walking area, and just a pathetic excuse of a restaurant.
I rarely give one star reviews, but this has been one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Two of us came in on a Friday night, called while in the parking lot, and we're told there was no wait and we would be seated quickly. We get inside, lobby is packed, hostess tells us suddenly things changed and there is now a 45 minute wait. We were fine with that so we sat down on the bench inside and waited. The whole time you could hear the waitresses in the back complaining about the customers, loud enough that I could hear them 30 feet away. After almost an hour and a half of waiting, we're finally seated only to see literally 4 tables with people. Most of them were empty. We finally get seated, and we order wings and an appetizer of nachos. The nachos were okay, but cold. When the wings came out we could only stand to eat a third of them. I've ordered them before at different buffalo wild wings but these were inedible. I would give 0 stars if possible but the waitress was polite to us and that's the only reason I would consider 1 star. I will not be eating here again and suggest you don't either unless something changes
Don’t plan on going for lunch unless you’ve blocked off 2 hours. Terrible service. Incredibly slow for even a very basic, individual order.
Ordered food on the app for pick up at 5:45. Set pick up time to 7:10. Got there at 6:45. They hadn’t even checked the computer to start preparing our food. Then sitting waiting for the food and the girl at the front (no name tag on) came up and asked for our name. Then said “I’m just going to write your name down so I don’t forget to bring it out to you” — while sitting waiting for our order another lady walked up and asked the cashier if she could just pay her for what they had already ordered so she could get her kids out of there because they hadn’t seen their server in 2 hours. There are 10+ people standing at the front door waiting to be seated with no host/hostess in site. There are multiple people standing in line with us waiting to pay or pick up orders and no one is up here. TWO HOURS since we ordered OUR food and it is STILL not in our hands!
The food is pretty good but the service here is always awful. We stopped eating in restaurant here a while ago and strictly order carry out due to incredibly slow service. But even though I pre-ordered yesterday for a carry out order today, they still couldn’t get it ready on time. I called before I left to pick it up to check on the status, and the order hadn’t even been released to start. Their organization and time management to handle orders on time is severely lacking. It’s a shame, because their business could be booming if they could just get it right.
