Very disappointed with this place (now know before taking my judgement I only tried the fries and "bag of burgers"). First off the service was pretty terrible and downright confusing. The sign said 5.50 dollars for the bag of 5 burgers and when we got to the window to pay they said they were 6.75 for tax. And when we got our order, they didn't even give us the amount of burgers that we ordered! And second for the food wise, the burgers were the same quality as a school lunch burgers and the fries were soggy and barely salted. But the WORST part was that they didn't even give us ANY sauce!
The Aloha burger and fries were good, but the shake was too liquidy, mostly milk. I told them about it so they made a replacement for me, which was so nice. The second shake was the same consistency but the flavor was not as good. I am disappointed with the ice cream. The store is NOT clean. The soda and condiment bar was sticky and had spills all over. There was food on the floor under tables and on the tables from prior customers. The bathroom needed to be cleaned too. This location has a market included inside and customers waited minutes at the register to pay for their items, which was good and honest of them since no employees noticed them. I don’t need to visit a Braum’s again.
The employee Kenny is the worst. While he was helping my friend group and I he would roll his eyes and breath heavy anytime we asked him to do something. We had asked him to switch his gloves since my friend is allergic to nuts and he turned around and said seriously.... He was also picking stuff up from the floor and touching his hair and didnt change his gloves....
How is it possible to order biscuits and gravy and get gravy only or when you go up to window you ask for strawberry jelly the girl gives you picante sauce and a plastic knife only OMG is it to hard of a job or what
Went through the drive thru for a small swirl yogurt cone- about $1.30-what a deal. They also have delicious vanilla malts.
Friendly staff, delicious burger, and the best soft serve. Plus the bag of burgers, extra pickles, add cheese is a family favorite. You won't go wrong choosing this location.
Bad service. Took 4 attempts to make my malt. Started in drive threw, then had to pull up, then had to pull in to fix my order. I hate being brutal but it was very unprofessional. They literally didn't know how to make a banana malt.
Had biscuits and gravy delicious! Bought milk best chocolate milk ever and it happened to be on sale. Braum's has the best dairy products. Great customer service prices about average
