We had a good Arby's experience. They forgot cheese on 1 sandwich, but remade the order fast. There were a couple tables needing wiped down, but there was still plenty of clean ones to choose from. While we were eating an employee came out & wiped down the dirty tables.
The night manager was very nice and had a smiling face. Food was fresh and delicious
I love Arby's and whenever Chris is there things are always running smoothly and he's always very nice to me, but however I've noticed some issues with drive through I've often had messed up orders whIle going through the drive through and I think its all do to the technology it's hard for people hear me even when I speak loudly and clearly , also I got a not so fresh sandwich last night and it made me ill approximately 20-30 minutes after I ate it. Please please please rotate properly and keep an eye on freshness, best of luck guys.
The power went out at the location. The manager gave a wait time which is fine but once I pulled back up based on the time given I was treated with hostility and all around rudeness. Never okay for an employee let alone a manager to treat someone so terribly. Accurate wait times help customers not waste their time.
Chris Wilson is crushing the friendly sales position taking orders and managing the floor. The food came out super fast and fresh. The location is clean and orderly. Fantastic fast food experience
Ordered 2 double roast beef sandwiches in drive thru. Order was entered as 2 beef & cheddar. Since we were traveling just had to scrape off the icky cheese goop & make the best of it. Staff needs more training o what a #2 double is on the menu.
Had the hot wings. Who knew they have hot wings? The fries are crinkle cut, the best!
Screwed up simple instructions through the drive through...rendering food inedible. Frustrating... these guys rarely get it right.
We wanted a Gyro for dinner and put local mediterranean place was closed. I had heard we could get them at Arby's! So surprised that they were actually better! Will definitely go back ....very good.
