The burger was really good - Fresh bun and great seasonings. I would suggest getting anything in a double if you want to taste much meat. The single is very small. The fried egg is always a great edition to a burger. My biggest complaint is paying for a side and getting a very small portion. They were also soggy and seemed a little old. Service was good. Everyone was very nice and answered any of my questions about their menu.
Gosh I love the burgers! One of the best gluten free buns around NWA. But customer service was VERY below average. Been to this location only a handful of times and never change my order but it has come out incorrectly almost 80% of the time.
AJ is a fast food burger joint. (We were in Bentonville for the weekend.) My wife and I had the Razorback (double beef patty, bacon, cheese and garden condiments), a basket of fried pickles, a basket of onion rings, and two glasses of water. Total cost was $18.75. The Razorback burger was very good. The basket of fried pickles was more than we could eat. The onion rings were tasty, but could've used another minute in the deep fryer. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a tasty quick meal.

We ordered for our family get together. Drive through order was incorrect when we got home. All food was cold on arrival despite being 5 minutes from restaurant. Food was soggy. We ordered 8 items and 6 were inedible. No point in complaining as they don't care. So disappointed.
Pretty good if you're in the mood for a good burger! Lots of options (including gluten free and black bean)! Overall no complaints.
We must have come here on an off night because our experience was anything but a good one. My husband and I stopped here because we were trying something different. We walked up to the counter and noticed a manager counting out a register. So we waited patiently as we reviewed the menu, assuming he would look up to acknowledge us at some point, but he never did. It became very awkward as we continued to stand there for several minutes. Not once did he look up and greet us or even bother to tell us he’d be with us in a moment. The saddest part was no one was in the restaurant but us! We ended up having to leave because we could not get service:( the manager remained unphased as we turned around and walked out of the restaurant. He never looked up. Awkward:/ We are pretty reasonable people so we know it’s hard to get help right now, but to not say anything at all is pretty disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant. We went up the road to Smash Burger, and it was a much more inviting experience.

Received wrong food! Food was lousy and cold
I was there last summer and haven’t returned since, because cleanliness was not perceived. Food was good, but cleanliness is VERY important. I was assisted by two employees and both were very nice, but did not seem well groomed. Someone who seemed to be the cook was wearing a shirt sleeve tee. I used the drive through so my perception was limited to the drive through window.
