I’m so glad I finally decided to check this place out! The coffee was superb, and the food was delicious and made from scratch. Quality throughout. The prices were more than reasonable. I will definitely be coming back. This could be one of the best kept secrets in Yuma. But something this great is too good not to share. Do yourself a favor and go to The Press!
Sandwiches and pastries very good! My boyfriend and I split a sandwich because it was so big! Pasta salad is a must try! Nice selection of bottled drinks. Our order: the imperial pressed sandwich with pasta salad.4/5 stars because of the coffee. I was not fond of the espresso drink. I didn’t find it strong enough.
10 STARS!! NO KIDDING!! You have got to try this place!! Best coffee in YUMA! We had the Italian! Loaded with meat, inhouse MADE focaccia!! Came w/ salad AND the best pasta salad!! That PASTA!! (and I used to not like pasta). Tried the AMAZING in house waffles!! Don't miss those!!! Clean, relaxing, free WIFI, staff is fun-loving, kind, attentive, and worth a tip! HIDDEN GEM! Did I mention the great prices??
Great food and drinks! I had “the heat” which is a take on tuna melt and my kids had the waffles. All was really Tasty and fresh. Can’t wait to go back again.
We stopped here for late lunch today and were really pleased with our drinks and food. The service was super friendly. The young guys who were working were very positive. Love the bread they use for the sandwiches! Really a nice little gem here in Yuma that will not disappoint!
Great personal service, staff acknowledges/remembers repeat customers, fantastic food
Stopped here travelling thru AZ for a light meal. The avocado toast was perfect!! And one of the few places with cacao (the iced was delicious).Owner is very friendly and establishment is clean and very good energy. Very happy to find this place!!
Alright, I'm always down to support local so I was happy to learn about this spot. I do have some criticisms. It's important to know that this only applies to breakfast and I'm willing to try again for lunch. We tried 4 different dishes and plain lattes. I'll go through each item.First, breakfast burritos. Don't expect your typical local Mexican food style breakfast burritos. The flavor was fine. However the shredded beef is a bit soppy and the tortilla was nothing special, under pressed, a bit chewy, and just a vessel for the stuff inside. The decent price made it so we didn't feel burned. The biscuits and gravy were disappointing. The biscuits were powdery and the gravy was under salted and didn't have a lot of flavor. The lattes had very little espresso and were more like hot steamed milk. At $5 for a large I expect more shots of espresso (without extra charge). The saving grace - The waffles with homemade strawberry jam were freaking delicious. I would come back just for these. Had, we not had these I'd rate 2 stars. Finally, I find it awkward that at the register, there is no console for the customer to select a tip and the owner/manager asks if you want to add a 15-25 percent tip for a to go order. He does mention a custom tip too to be fair, but I'd invest in a console for folks to select tip on their own. I've heard sandwiches are good here and will give them a try and update the review if necessary.
Customer service is great and food is even better. A must try if your in Yuma area.
Great cafe with friendly/informative wait staff and amazing food. Much bigger than I expected and a hearty meal.
