Great Customer Service! I wanted a Caramel Ribbon Crunch but Iced instead of a Frap. They said they were able to make one similar to the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap and they did! It was so yummy! Also I had wanted a protein box but all the ones I wanted were out. They continued to search and it ended up being they had a chicken hummus protein box. I've never tried it but did that day and it was soo soo good! Sometimes I feel rusher at other Starbucks when I don't use the Starbucks app but this location never made me feel like that. Good Job Ladies at this Location! You're much appreciated!

This location always have what I want in stock never been told we are out of certain or at least when I've been lol. alAlso friendly and fast, especially for how many cars they usually get. Also like any Starbucks willing to make them fun but most definitely a hassle tik tok drinks jsjsjs a definitely must try Starbucks in Yuma

Asked for a Venti size iced water with my order. I was given a grande size cup. Asked the barista if I could get a Venti larger size cup and I was told that this store has a standard for water cups and are only allowed to give grande size cups for water. Barista offered to give me a 2nd grande sized cup of water. Out of all the locations I regularly visit, this is the 1st time I face this poor service. Really? You rather give two cups of water instead of just giving a venti sized cup of water? Not coming back to this location. 1st bad experience with Starbucks by the way
