Drove past this Starbucks coming from California. Only one car in line in front of us, so we order 2 vanilla beans, and one strawberry acaid (not sure if that’s the correct way you spell it) anyways we get our drinks. The gentleman that helped us was kind. We leave and my daughters acaid taste like water, it was very clear like a very very light pink. She told me and I took a sip it was pretty much water with food coloring in it, only 1 strawberry ? our vanilla beans taste like milk with no flavor ? maybe we should have waited to get back home to stop at our regular starbucks.
It's Starbucks. The girl taking my order was for lack of a better term dumb. I wanted an Americano with cream and sugar that took me forever to explain.
The staff is amazing, my all time favorite Starbucks to go to. Customer service is on an entire different level.
Lobby doors were closed but it was past just 9pm, as a truck driver I couldn't drive my big rig on the driveway of course, so I walked up to the window and announced myself as one to not deter anyone from servicing me. Got serviced and was given my items for free. I really felt appreciated as a truck driver and I wanna thank the person there, I would drop there name but I don't wanna get the person in trouble. Keep up the great work. ?
The food was good but no hostess or waiters or waitresses were wearing face protection I feel that showed no respect towards people walking in with face protection.
So, every Starbucks on the west coast has apparently closed their lobbies, making longer lines in the drive-thru. We just wanted coffee after a rough night in the hotel. Thankfully, we got the every so cheery Neena at the window. She is a literal TREASURE and this store needs to do everything it can to keep her!! Her attitude really flipped our entire day, and we left there laughing and feeling much better!As I'm on a road trip, if I'm every back in Yuma Foothills, I will be stopping by this Starbucks just to see Neena again!
Got our order completely wrong and did not care of offer to fix it. Asked for black tea, they gave us iced tea. Just a big fat oh well…I asked for no foam on my grande latte and it came with 1-1/2 inch foam.
I have been to much warmer and friendlier stores than this one. I like ordering ahead and going inside to pick up my mobile order. I find myself standing there waiting (quite a while) for someone to help me.
Recently went to this location, but something i was quite appalled by was how dirty the location was... garbage bin area was dirtier then hell all the way out to the parking spots, the walkway to the back entrance where employees go in and out was literally black to where you could not even see the concrete & the drivethrough didnt look like it had ever been maintained or sprayed off... does this location ever get their business professionally cleaned? It definitely needs it...
Put in a mobile order (so I already paid) and pulled up to this sign. I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes just to get to the window and see there is absolutely nobody there. I tried calling several times and nobody answered the phones and I didn’t see a single person inside. This was at 7:45 this morning. I’d like a refund on my mobile order
