Had the turkey bacon avocado wrap, and a PBJ smoothie. Wrap was a three, smoothie was at least a four. Enjoyed it so I came back the next day. I work nights so tried to stop in get a wrap when around 630pm. Got there at 645pm and was told they broke the "sandwich station" down at 630pm. So half your menu isn't available an hour before you close? If that's the case it should be advertised that way online. Wasted a twenty minute trip there for nothing.
Horrible service.Cashier was rude.Acai bowl was disgusting, and i threw it out but when i called for either a refund or something else they said to bring it back in order to get a refund.Waste of time waste of money i dont know how they have two locations.
Best smoothies ever!!..Ive never had beets before so I decided to try it...now I'm in love ? The place is very clean and organized. I like! Staff is helpful.
Absolutely my favorite smoothie place in while stationed in Yuma. Their PB&J bowl was a go to order almost every week. I will forever miss this place after my PCS ?
Went they today in the morning and I was standing at the cashier waiting for someone to help me and the lady that was there just kept on making the smoothies and didn’t acknowledge my presence she didn’t even say oh I’ll be with you shortly. Finally she came over to take my order and rolled her eyes and huffed at me I asked did you really just do that and she replied with it’s not you it’s cause I ah e to make 4 sandwiches like girl it ain’t my fault you have to make 4 sandwiches. Anyways o was I had gotten my order and was heading out and I asked another customer of the lady was rude and she said that she was. So I don’t know if she was having a bad morning or what was going on, but definitely it returning if that’s the vibe in there.
I am all about supporting local businesses, that is why I decided to visit this place. The service while ordering was just bad. The lady (Sandra) taking my order did not smile, greet or seem to want to have any kind of interaction with the customer. I order a turkey bacon avocado sandwich and a salsa verde chicken bowl, nothing amazing.The Food was simply ok. The highlight of my visit was the horrible attitude the same lady gave me, after I asked her for an extra plate for my son. She said “we don’t have extra plates” what? What about a to go box? “I have to charge you for a box”I understand small business have limited budgets and can’t just give out free stuff around, but it was the attitude that was unacceptable. Simply rude. The customer service I received was horrible, $23 dlls later there is absolutely nothing at this place that makes me want to come back or recommend it to anyone. Someone in the back did offered me a small plastic plate later on but I had cut mine in half already. I’m all about helping out my community butI’ll just avoid this place until they get people that can at least fake a polite smile.
The food was decent but the service was severely lacking. I love supporting local and helping our community grow but when local businesses treat their patrons as if they are inconveniencing them it’s a true disappointment.Customer service is about 80% of why I would return somewhere so it is not likely I’ll be returning or recommending this place.I hope the owner was not the one with a terrible attitude today (Sandra) and I hope the customer service can improve in the future.
Wonderful. Occasionally they don't blend the smoothies enough and I don't like the recent price hike, but that's understandable with all this inflation. Overall, really great place
Public servant or student discounts offered! Great smoothies! Real banana smoothie w/BP hits the spot better than all the other sugary smoothy spots in Yuma!
