Just ordered a Reese's peanut butter shake. Waited 20 minutes and watched 15 cars go through the drive thru. Hit the call button and asked where my shake was. They brought it out a couple minutes later and it was completely melted, soupy like. I will not be coming back here as they do not take care of their customers.
I love to buy ice bags from Sonic, but this particular day I drove in to the drive thru and asked for 4 bags with ice. The employee told me that they were not selling ice at this time. I begged him to sell me some ice, but politely refused. I asked how big were their biggest foam cups and he replied 44oz. Can I have 4 of those full of ice please. And he did not had a problem selling me this. Which was pretty much the same size if a ice bag without a problem.
Tried to order a mini (size) sonic blast with M&Ms. Chica was confused and said medium sonic blast and asked what flavor. I said no, I want mini and M&M. She argued they didn't have that flavor. I told her I'm looking at it on the menu... and proceeded to read it to her. She finally understood what I wanted and told me they call it a "mini M&M blast". Was it the fact I used the name sonic (sonic blast) or that I didn't initially say "mini M&M" that was confusing her?
Absolute joke. Explained my order 4 times over and they still f'd up. Delivered food to wrong cars. The operation is such chaos. I'd be embarrassed to be the on duty Manager.
Most visits they're well stocked. Staff is friendly, will say I wish they had a cheesecake blast. Food is good and reasonably priced
Food was great but tables outside were not clean so we ate in the car. Quick and pleasant car hop!
Best burgers anywhere, flame broiled flavor, the bacon is thick sliced not that paper thin stuff.
I just doordashed and paid over $50 for 2 double cheeseburgers, small fries and medium onion rings and 2 vanilla milk shakes and the burgers tasted nasty like the meat is going bad and the onion rings were just soaked in oil. Didn't even eat it for fear of getting food poisoning! Only thing that tasted good is the fries and milk shakes
I’ve lived here for 3 years and have always loved Sonic. But my gosh. Yuma Sonic has ruined it. They take forever to get FAST food orders out. Might as well make it a sit down restaurant because I guess we got time to sit at a drive-thru for 15 mins. I may sound extreme, but it’s nothing short of the truth. Maybe they need more staff or they need to change their gimmick from FAST food to wait on the employees because all the customers have time. Excuse my drastic complaints, its just very necessary for this place.
Good tasting burgers , a little slow considering just a couple few people there...
