We went to the drive-thru and their mic ? worked great. I could hear they and they could hear us. The order was taken down right the first time and we got everything we wanted. The staff was nice and friendly, and made sure we had our sauces and a few napkins. We recommend the Ocean Water and the Blue Raspberry Coconut Cream Slush. Enjoy everybody. ?

I've just been having nothing but issues as of late every time I've gone to Sonic. Over the last few weeks to like a month or so I've been hooked on the slushies and blasts that they have but lately every time I've tried to order one it's been like a communication issue that they haven't been able to hear me. I don't know why but even when I started to raise my voice it was still an issue however after today I just left mad. I showed up once again to get a Reese's blast and after pressing the button hearing the worker and say "how can I help you" and all that, obviously I said what I wanted but then the communication just shut off and I had no clue what happened. I just sat in my car saying hello hello but nothing. The only thing I saw was that little message that said "the red button has been pressed and somebody will be with you shortly" but after sitting in my car for a little while in this Arizona heat, I just drove away more frustrated and upset.

We just went through the drive thru and the young lady who took our order was somewhat rude, saying she couldn’t hear us with a rude tone. Then when we were going to pay she grabbed my husband’s card in a rude way and then when she handed us our bag she did not offer sauces.. she just handed it to us and shut the window. NOTE!!! There was no one in the back of us nor it was busy. This happened today 5/28/22 7:20pm
Took so long, by the time the got to us the milk shake did not seem cold. Staff is friendly
Very professional crew. I take the kids atleast once a week to get a drink or shake. We call it Sundaes on Sunday.
Very bad customer service the cashier is hanging out with the boyfriend my order was cold french fries are cold and saggy worst experience ever besides the outside looks like an abandonated building
Ordered from my vehicle and had great service. Found some good deals on app and after placing order I can see the progress of my order on the screen. This was around noon and i ordered a breakfast sandwhich. Will be back again.
