Ok so my client wanted to try this place out. I would of given 5 star bcuz the food was really good. (We ordered dinner for 2 @23.95) But was disappointed that since my client had shrimp, I couldn't have shrimp entree unless I paid $4.00 more. So I had to order a meat product. They didn't have any other non meat item except shrimp. Not even a vegetable dish.. the egg drop soup very yummy and my client enjoyed his food and I know my kids will enjoy the ?chicken
The food was hit or miss. Too much reliance on soy sauce. The egg rolls were just ok, but the dipping sauce was really good and there was a good amount. The shrimp with broccoli was tasty, but the sauce wasn’t thickened at all and poured like soup. So a good amount was all over the bag. The Singapore noodles with shrimp were a huge disappointment. They were dark brown, not the sunny yellow they should be. Way way way too much soy sauce. If I had been in the restaurant I would’ve sent it back. The side order of fried rice was pretty much just rice with soy sauce. I also got a side order of lo mein noodles and surprise, surprise, the dominant flavor was soy sauce. One last thing, if you use the beyondmenu online ordering, they don't tell you how long it's going to take until AFTER you've placed the order, and then there's no way to cancel it. That's not the restaurant's fault, it's just the platform that they're using, but it's something to be aware of. I placed the order at 10 after 7:00, and when I hit the place order button, it informed me that my anticipated delivery time was an hour and a half from the present time. I would have never ordered if I had known it was going to take that long. Yes, I could have called the restaurant and canceled it and then fought with BeyondMenu/Paypal to get my money back, but I just let it ride. It ended up taking about 40 minutes, which is pretty standard and I was quite okay with. But I think if you're going to do take out or delivery, I would call the restaurant and do it that way if that's possible. This was my first time using BeyondMenu, and I was not impressed.
Went for lunch twice before and it was delicious. Took my family today who's here visiting from out of state and was very disappointed. Orded sweet and sour chicken that was very bland. Fried rice had one pea and two carrots. Tasted like old dried not fried rice. Ordered pepsi and got iced tea. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. The waitress acted like she hated being there. Never came back to our table untill we asked for our check then that took another ten minutes. Don't think we'll be back.
We are visiting from Sacramento & wanted Chinese, what a great pick. Our food was delivered piping hot, and it was delicious! Thank you, see ya next time we are in Yuma.
Amazing Food, Service, and Price. We had take out and they were wonderful. Will be back.
Amazing food, omg I love orange chicken lol but all jokes aside a great place for good food
Wonderful Chinese food, scratch cooking and everything made fresh when you order it. The orange chicken definitely tastes of orange and is very crispy and delicious. Even quite tasty as leftovers too. Very good fried rice as well. The general TSOs chicken is good too. The hot tea is fresh loose leaf and quite delicious.
Tried this place out for supper tonight, was a little hesitant due to reviews. Glad we went. Great little place was very busy. Food was good, service was great, very friendly staff.Very reasonable prices, with good sized portions.
Not satisfied at all first over charge me than basically treat me like I dont know how to work a bank card when account says zero it means zero obviously there needs to be better management training for these situations. When its says charged on one account that meant on your end it has not printed its receipt if you look in recent transactions you would have seen the over charge but it will pop up because your drawer will be messed up over this issue the money is not important to me it's the lack of honesty that really upsets me. I work in this area of customer service I deal with way larger transactionsthan this. First rule in customer service is when there is documentation that you over charged that is when you need to further investigate instead of arguing saying no wrong on your end. I dont appreciate this also when you yell dont come back well that shows immaturity and lack of management skills I will be reporting you for lack of knowledge for this job over charged also missing half my food no lo main noodles you double charge. What the proper way to approach this situation would of been hey I seen i over charged you how can I help refund this back to you know express how you did no wrong obviously higher management needs to know about this issue its not the fact of the lack of customer service skill that is here it's the fact you took extra money and did not honestly return it back after the situation was approached. Will not recommend no one to this place I'm sure I'm not the only person who has been done this way and my goal is to ensure no one else has to experience this ever
I was very impressed for our first time getting food from here. The food was cold, the pot stickers are greasy, the orange chicken tastes just like the sweet and sour chicken, the soup portions are small, and for what it is, it's overpriced. I wouldn't order from here again.
