Phone call order, met with some sass like usual eventually order was made for delivery and was sooner than expected. Like the previous order was. That was cash order unlike this one.
The New thin pizza and cheese bread was great No salad bar or buffet on Sundays that was disappointed.
We have eaten there twice and the buffet is good. The food goes fast and is replaced quickly. You can try different pizzas. No salad bar.
We are seasonal visitors to Yuma and every year pay a visit, at least once, to Pizza Hut for their lunch buffet. But this will probably be my last time. Nothing was good, let alone great, except for possibly the server who was fine. The selection of pizza options however, were so small, like only 3 types, and the pasta was cold. Terrible! Not worth the visit, especially when you can have Pied Piper Pizza, which is close by, and offers much more variety, and piping hot, for relatively the same price.
Never ordering from this location again. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I understand I ordered on a busy day but that's no excuse to why my pizza came in ripped pieces and raw pepperoni. Even the driver that I tipped left the cold pizza on the cold concrete. Never ordering again.
Loved the service me and my family recieved. Restraurant was nice and clean, also we were attended to right away. 10/10
I was very upset with the pizza, I order a stuff crust pizza but the pizza was extremely thin and had no sauce just a thin layer of cheese and pepperoni. I order this pizza before and was awesome but not this time. Also I order chicken wings and they were very dry had very little sauce also. When I open the box the pizza was all to one side like it felt. This is the second time this happens when I order deliver, when I go to dine in the pizza is perfect. I am not sure if I order again.
Putting your order was easy,the delivery driver was great but the pizza itself was lacking it was really thing almost had no sauce,cheese or pepperoni and bacon it was flavorless compared to when I ate at pizza hut last time,very disappointing
Had my order incorrect. Was still delivered in a timely manner. The driver was rushed and kinda just forced our boxes in my hand. Food was good though.
The customer service was very good...however, the pizza was a personal pan and the toppings were very sparse on one side and the way that the whole pizza should have been made on the other side. I would just appreciate it if people took a little more pride in their work...the pay has gone up along with the costs...people should take ownership in their jobs.
