Manager was very rude. Had a party, Manager started off rude yelling,Very unprofessional, send over his employee to ask if we were gana pay at the end of the day?!?!?!. Poor girl was uncomfortable asking. She was great. But he manager should of came over to ask not send the girl. Went to ask what came with the birthday package, the other girl who helped me couldn't tell me what it came with had to ask for the brochure. The place as dirty and the bathrooms were also a mess. We didn't even get a host with our birthday package. It's was a horrible experience. Manager made a big scene for everyone to see that was unnecessary.
Worst pizza ever and it wasn’t even cut in slices. Also it came out without freaking pepperoni even when I ask with it. Wasted of money.
I like the pizza, but there wasn't any tickets at the Arcade games and some machines eat the credit of our cards. I hope they hire more people, so they will help improve this place.
Good pizza wings and people. Again I have to wonder why they have not one but 2 signs stating no firearms allowed. Lol
A friend of mine came back from PPP raving about their pizza, so of course we had to try it. Overall, not bad. Crust was crunchy and thin. Toppings varied throughout the time we were there so lots of variety. We went at noon when they have a buffet. Cost $7.99. Food options include Pizza, a cheesy pasta, bread sticks, a multi-variety of pizza toppings, two salads and 2 dessert pizza choices. It wasn't the best I've ever had but it was better than some and certainly good enough that I'd go back. We all left full and with no complaints.
Expectations destroy happiness, and one that is shunned the most is a simple dynamic: A corporate run chain will have its weakest link in a difficult to commute location. In this case, Yuma is that weak link. Lets take the fact that all District Managers of Piper and Chucks (same corp) are all located Metro Phoenix. That means corp checkups means a commute from Phoenix to Yuma. Wanna guess how many times a year that happens? Take it from a Ex Dough Rollout Overtimer: Its not plural. And to get an idea of how bad it got: 60°+ (yes plus) F Walk In Fridge. For a Month. [At least] And they had a chance to fix it but chose the Hush Card.We are better off with Independent Pizzarias like Ronnies, Rockies, and Da Boys. Your Welcome.
Ladies at counter were being as nice as they can considering we didn't get our food over an hour , the men's bathroom was flooded with water but at least the Ladies was decent. Myself I will not be coming back but it was for a birthday party. With so many people the restrooms need to be checked every hour no matter what busy or not it makes an impression on the business.
Fun little place for parties involving children. Food is pretty spot on and from what I can tell their pickup service is very beloved by many other customers. The game area is small but does its job keeping children entertained.
Mac n cheese is good, pizzas are ok. The arcade is very eye catching and seems to be kids favorite
Great pizza and new games for the kids. They keep the place super clean.
