Food was fresh and order was accurate. Four stars because it still McDonalds... I know kind of unfair since you know where you are going.
Their food is yummy don't get me wrong but the way the workers are treated as slaves and work so hard for a couple of bucks is unacceptable
This place is usually full of friendly, accommodating employees. I understand Easter is probably extremely busy. But after I pulled into the mobile order parking spot, I found myself waiting for 20 minutes. Not to mention the other people next to me were pulling in and getting their food in a timely manner (around 5 minutes). After I watched 3 people get their food pulling in after me, I flagged down an employee who had just given a car their food. I let him know I had been waiting quite a while. Despite calling me ma'am and saying sorry, he sounded pretty frustrated with me saying they their grills were down. I wondered why that had to do with me since none of my food was grilled, and why others were getting their food before me. When I did get my food 5 min later, my fries were cold and my frappuccino was a little watery/melted. I figured they had just forgotten about my order and blamed it on grills being down.
TERRIBLE. Was ignored for almost 10 minutes for Angela to come assist us only because she was about to give us someone else order. When telling her the situation she just stood there and looked at us like she didn't know what she was doing or as if I wasn't speaking words to her. Then the manager comes over to help her/us after ignoring us for the 10 minutes as well stocking up the fridge and nasty food containers being left out all over the front counter by her. Didn't end up getting our food due to complications on our behalf/card issues but that place needs help. Food Safety hazards everywhere and worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I love the food but where is my sauce I paid for ?? This is the 2nd time it has happened.
I went for 2 sweet teas in the drive thru & didnt notice the tea was spoiled till after i was almost home...UGHHHH
I got more knowledge of improvement, and they are accommodating to assist me with all the information I need, I'm gaining my profit and they are legit. I don’t care for this McDonald’s. The parking lot / drive thru is WAY to small & they need to spend more time cleaning. Walked in and almost fell, I told the employee & he blew me off and walked away. Update: walked in today and they were cleaning, I almost had a stroke. Thank God… Must be a Big Boss coming cause they pulled that ice cream machine out to clean it and I was so grossed out by how filthy it was…. Crazy
Down grade, signs all says lobby is opened, but it wasn't, ..then these two fat sweaty employees sat there laughing at everyone who walked up n tried the door, i only know this cuz they sat there for the 20 min I was in the drive through, which would have moved faster with the help but the food may have been soaked in sweat considering they were sweating sitting down..... finally get up to the window and the food still ain't ready... which is odd ...cuz we were picking up doordash which means they got the order when I was still on my way there...n the other employees I dealt with were not in pleasant moods but I wouldn't be either with coworkers like that.Horrible horrible experience, you can get healthier food for similar price damn near anywhere else with way better service.
There was a long line but I was helped right away and out of there within minutes. My order was correct and everything tasted delicious.
