The hamburger I had was a cheese burger & a big Mac for my husband. Big Mac looked good. My big cheers burger it was a little over cooked
I placed a mobile order, I picked up my food and came home. Come to find out my chicken nuggets are rock solid hard. You can’t even bend them. I even asked for a sweet tea and I got a regular tea. The “kid” that brought my order outside to me looked very out of it. He brings my food and I tell him I’m missing my 2 drinks and he looks at me like I have 2 heads. Then says “oh they didn’t bring it out”. Well obviously not if I’m telling you about it. SMH!! very Unbelievable.
They never ever ever ever get the coffee right . They repeat it , you repeat it . Get up to the window like What’s the mystery coffee going to taste like today! Even if you order it black with no sugar it be a mystery flavor .
This place is a joke. Had me wait for 10 minutes to bring my food around - 1 Burger n fries, nothing complicated. I see people come and go, then I get my food AND IT'S COLD. WHAT!? Get outta here. I hardly go to McD's and today I was reminded why. Ronald's got a bunch of clowns on staff too apparently. Waste of a business.
Usually pretty good at giving you your full order. Couple times when they were really busy they left out a good 6-12 dollars of my order, enough I had to wait for after already waiting for my order in the first place. Quality control, and pride should be their main....
Went thru the Drive-thru... Ordered my son and I ordered some sausage/egg McMuffin sandwiches. They asked us to pull over to the designated area for takeout because they had to "make" our sandwiches. Well, we park and wait for 10 minutes and they bring the order out. We come home, expecting this hot, soft English muffin sandwich, only to find out, they'd served the sausage and eggs on fricking hockey pucks!!! Those things were a joke to try and chew, ended up giving the bread to my dog!As far as the workers, they were really nice and friendly... And smiling ?....unlike the McDonald's workers in the Foothills.But seriously people, if you wouldn't be satisfied with the food you're serving others... Then don't serve it... Plain and simple.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The employees were rude when I asked why I had to pay for BBQ sauce. Then messed up our order. When we asked for our receipt the lady just starred at us then asked "do you need it?" Ice cream machine wasn't working but that's normal for all mcdonalds.
The menu would not come up on the outside screen. The order taker was very rude and tried to rush us when we had no idea what was even available and could not order. They apparently have no control over the menu board, so we stared at someone else’s order while scrambling to find the menu online.
No ice cream or milkshake available. That is running at a rate of 9 out of 10 locations Ive been to this year that ice cream machine is broken. There was a huge line of vehicles parked in the side of drive thru because nothing was ready so everyone in drive thru was asked to pull forward to wait for their food. We tried ordering in the car off the phone app. But all the door dash drivers were parked in the spots for car service so that was not an option. The delivery drivers seemed to be priority to the customers on sight. They need to get parking figured out for delivery drivers so people using the app to order have a place to park. Once in the drive thru we were hostages because all the waiting cars to the side had us blocked in so upon finding out their was no milkshake machine working we had to wait for fifteen minutes to get out of the line because we were trapped.
It was delicious. Though they forgot my 2nd French fries. Buts either way it's all good and delicious.
