The best McDonald's since moving to AZ. Fluffy biscuits, eggs hot and doesn't taste microwaved. I will return
so my work sells icecreams for $2 ea. I thought no way! I'll go to McDonald's and get their sundaes for $1 ea. got to the cashier and she says that will be $5.10??? I should've just ate the ones at work.but it was good
Been here around 7 times, usually are pretty good but lately they have not gotten my order right 2x, check your orders before you leave the parking lot.
I just went and ordered at drive thru, girl at the window asked us to park, I told her sure but yo make sure to add ketchup and ranch. I get my food, drove home, then realized there was no condiments and they gave me 1 wrong sandwich.
Busy but fast! Great energy behind the counter and none of them staring at their phones. Good fish sandwich too!

This McDonalds does get busy and at times and there can be a wait but they have gotten A LOT better! It’s always clean in the lobby and bathrooms and when the mobile app charged me twice they fixed the issue quickly and with no real reason effort. I was impressed with how I was able to contact the right people and have them resolve the issue in no time. Management was very professional!
Food was cold and hard, and had to take it back to get fresh, hot food. Very young manager was rude. Not the first time cold food had to be returned. Finished giving this McDonald's a chance.
Sigh...This store always messes up my order and always forgets sauces. They make you park for your food even if no one is behind you. Then by the time they bring you your food and run away, you realize your fries are old and have zero sauces. The ice cream machine is always "broken" or "not working". I think I'm just going to drive into town instead of going there again. Wish they'd get a handle on the place.
ORDERED MEALS THAT EVERYONE FROM WORKED PITCH IN, WAS ASKED TO PULL IN FRONT IN A NUMBERED WAITING SPOT, WAITED 7-10 MINUTES IN THE CAR. 2 OTHER CARS PULLED IN BESIDE ME IN WAITING SPOTS 3-5 MINUTES LATER. ONE CAR WAITED 5 MINUTES AND GOT THERE ORDER BEFORE MINE CAME OUT. A YOUNG GAL CAME OUT THE DOOR WITH 5 SACKS IN HER HAND AND WENT TO THE OTHER CAR NEXT TO ME THAT PULLED IN AFTER ME AND STARTED TALKING TO THE GUY. SHE DIDN'T HAND THEM THE SACKS OF FOOD. I'M THINKING THAT SURELY CAN'T BE MY FOOD. 3 MINUTES LATER I KID YOU NOT, THIS GAL LOOKED AT ME, WALKED OVER, HANDED ME THE SACKS OF FOOD, SAID NOTHING, WALKED AWAY LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. WHERE ARE THE OWNERS OF THIS PLACE AND TRAINING ??????? AMERICA AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GONE FOLKS, ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION IN THE FOOTHILLS OFF FORTUNA ROAD AND I-8. RECOMMENDING TO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO JACK IN THE BOX, THEY HAVE HOT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE AND STILL GIVES YOU THE FEELING YOUR STILL IN AMERICA. IT'S NOT A RACE CARD BUT A COMMON SENSE SERVICE CARD !!!!!!
