Worst customer service! I selected littleceasearsonline.com to order my delivery not the doordash icon and it didn't tell me it was doordash until I received an emailed receipt. When item was forgotten driver said we had to contact the store. The store said there was nothing they could do and had me call a 877 number and sit on hold forever; didn't even attempt to make it right. 877 was very apologetic and processed refund...will take 7-10 days. Done with this store! Third time we've had issues with our orders. It would be different if they actually cared.
I was asked to wait outside or in my car because she (the worker) needed to clean the lobby yet couldnt because a crowd walked in. I couldnt imagine asking the customers at my job to wait outside. Poor customer service and unfriendly staff. You clean between customers and at close.

Bought my 3rd calzony in 2 days they r amazing delicious but the 1 in Somerton does the best calzony yet tasted others but wow Somerton Little Ceasars is the best

This location needs improvement at least on their online orders. It’s the second time I place an online order, get there 15 minutes later to pick up, order is not at the portal and for some reason if I don’t ask at the counter about it they don’t start making it. Seems like the employees don’t notice they got online orders until you get there and ask! Of course you have to wait 5 more minutes which turn to 15.. People who walk in and order in counter after you would even get their order faster or at the same time as yours.. I would be avoiding this location next time.
