Fast and friendly people. The restaurant was clean and well lit.
The chicken is good of course. But their men, in my opinion, is either too much or too confusing. I often feel like I didn't get what I wanted. Some combos look alike and when you order it takes a little to decide on what you want.
Walk-in minute visite, the employee infront of me, talking with coworkers, didn’t take my order so I left, never planning on return! Worst service I’ve ever seen.
Chicken was greasy probably been under the heat lamp all day, side dishes are junk, biscuits just a lump of cold flour. Surprised kfc still in business. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered online for a quick pick and was running late. When I got there I did not see my order on their pickup rack. I inquired and was told point blank "i threw it away". Becuse I was late in picking my order up she said she threw it away. I was the most discourteous conversation I have ever had. I did not see any warnings anywhere that says your order will be thrown away if your late.. I don't disagree with that policy but I sure don't like being addressed the way that server addressed me. I will go out of my way to order from someplace else in the future!
Went this evening and ordered a family meal and 2 pot.pies. I paid $50 for it and then was told to drive forward passed the trash can and wait. I waited 15 mins and had people yelling at me to move mean while I saw people behind me getting their orders already. I back up and asked what was taking so long and the guy went in the back and brought an old order tied up in a bag and proceeded to dump everything in new bags and buckets then tried to give it to me. I asked for a refund and the lady who did it got an attitude and basically was slamming things and slapped the money in my hand and slammed the window after she said a sarcastic "Have a good night". Terrible customer service I had issues with them before where I found a piece of plastic tag fried into a thigh.
I am giving KFC four stars because of the long wait in drive thru. Everytime I go inside my service if fast but going though drive thru is always a long wait. I seen a few cars ahead of me leave drive thru because of the long wait. Food is always good but drive thru need help.
Because they do not deliver on their own. But have some one else to deliver for them. When it order from a place I want to make sure it's from that place instead of paying extra for 2 different place for just one order.
Always great food.Their advertising, well that's another story.
