Always put a complaint about the service, that may help.My experience was terrible since they messed up my order, when I told the woman about the missing sides, she refused to review and to fix it, and even worse she had the nerve to argue. If she was the manager it was a very unprofessional behavior. AVOID THAT PLACE YOUR MONEY WORTH MORE IN ANY OTHER PLACE.
Very upset with this kfc store on 4th Avenue. I stopped by for a late dinner do to me getting out of work late. Its 9:45pm I ask for the chicken breast fill up. The order taker tells me that they stop selling chicken breast at this hour. I'm like really, shes says yes! And I find out that shes the shift manager. So I ask her what time they close. she replied 11pm. Then I'm like wow so you stop selling chicken breast a hour before you close. She replies no we stop making chicken breast at 8pm. And the the store manager does the same. So Corporate please let me know if this is normal. Ty
I ordered the 3 piece combo and was supposed to get two sides biscuit and a drink. I only got one side and the chicken was soggy and nasty I almost threw up. Never again
I have had chicken from here several times in the past years and it was good but I had it delivered on Wed and it was THE BEST. From the chicken to the cole slaw and even the biscuits were great. I don"t know what happened but keep up the good work
Sister,son and I ordered food from KFC in Yuma and the Manager and Cashier were Rude as Hell, even laughing at us. These barely speakin english employees may treat thier people like that in Mexico, but not in the States hags.
Drive-through is a joke they don't understand English and completely messed up my order....
Got a meal and a couple other things here and the chicken was bitter and had a soapy undertone. Made I and my family real sick and left a numb feeling in our mouths. Called and spoke to someone and they said a manager waz supposed to call me but I have yet to get a call back. Wasn't worth the $60 at all.
I picked up a 8 pieces meal tonight. The woman who took the order was friendly, professional, and courteous. Service 5 stars. The food, however, was nasty. The chicken was soggy with oil to a point when the batter started to come off. What is fried chicken without that crunchy batter? Also, it was covered with these black burnt pieces of oil particles that make my tongue felt numb after eating just two pieces. They must not have changed the oil since who knows when. It was just so nasty that I had to throw the whole thing in the trash. I always go to this place whenever I want to get some fried chicken but this will be my last time.
Be prepared for the worst chicken around and the greasiest, employees are rude, I ordered 2 chicken breast for my dog, I received 1 breast 1 back ,I showed it to the person that took the order, she had the nerve to argue with me, make a long story short stay away from this place at all costs, you've been warned, pretty sad not knowing your chicken pieces for working in a chicken place....
Customer service was on point welcoming and quick. Drove-thru to try the new KFC’s plant-based Beyond Fried Chicken. The nuggets had a firmer texture and comparable taste to other plant-based/vegan alternatives nothing off putting a bit saltier than what I am used to, but good. I hope KFC makes this a permanent item and goes a step further to prevent cross contamination by using designated fryers. Nevertheless, this is a major step to help end animal slavery and providing an alternative for those transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle/going fully vegan/looking to reduce animal flesh consumption.
