THERE ARE VERY FEW FAST FOODS IN YUMA THAT CARE ABOUT THE FOOD THEY SERVE OR THE SERVICE YOU THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE. BEEN HERE 10 TIMES OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS LIVING IN THE FOOTHILLS AND NOT ONCE DID WE GET FRESH HOT FOOD. TASTED COLD AND OLD. I TOLD MY WIFE WE WILL TRY ANOTHER CHICKEN PLACE EVEN THOUGH WE BOTH GREW UP ON KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN. IT'S A LONG DRIVE FOR US TO GO TO CANE'S CHICKEN BUT GUESS WHAT, IT'S FRESH, HOT, GREAT SERVICE, KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN'S DAYS ARE NUMBERED, WITH THE FOOD THEY SERVE. NOW IT'S NOT IF BUT WHEN THEY CLOSE THERE DOORS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MOVE ON, THESE ARE NOT THE DROIDS YOUR LOOKING FOR !!!!!
Wife tryed one their new chicken sandwiches which was prepared without mayo and dry. Manager replaced with another nicely prepared one without us even asking. Great service!
The gravy was just a lump of who knows what. Like jello. The fries were gross, the biscuit was good the chicken was really greasy. Can see why Popeyes Chicken is making such in roads. Used to be a fan for decades, no longer.
Was craving fried chicken last night…what a mistake going to this place…I ordered a 3 piece dinner ( white ) got 3 piece dark…the batter was soooo greasy and not totally cooked…my wife had the 2 piece breast and wing dinner…also greasy. Can’t say anything good about this experience. Won’t be going back to this location anytime soon. Stay away unless you need to be lubed.
Love the chicken sandwich minus the pickles. (Pickles should be crisp!) Your coleslaw is one of my favorite comfort foods. Always recommend and will visit again.
We have ordered 3 times over the past year or so and each time our order has come out incorrect. We don’t live close enough to drive back and have it corrected.Please have your employees double check orders before sending them out.We are fairly new to this area. I’ve not experienced this at other locations.We will be ordering out elsewhere.?
First they didn't have unsweetened tea, or DP so they said we can let you have a second side, but never let us add one, then we asked for white gravy and got brown. And the picture will show what we got for 14 and no drinks. Mashed potatoes were dry, chicken was dry, and the 3 piece chicken was two thighs and a drumstick.
The worst KFC I have ever been too. Got chicken with no skin on it and it’s wasn’t in the bucket either. No Call slaw been there many times because my mom who is disabled love KFC chicken and we moved here and every time there has not been chicken except this time but no slaw instead of chicken.. Everytime!!! And there phone is disconnected
It's was dirty. We were the only two people eating inside and we had to search for a clean or cleanest tabe. We waited several minutes for someone to take our order. We ordered the spicy chicken we have seen advertised so much it wasn't to our liking. The only thing spicy about it was the sauce they poured on it and it was nothing to brag about. I will say their chicken pot pie is to die for. It's so yummy.
