Food came out very fast and hot! ??? Honestly, I have never had a shake here before, but they are damn good! We shared a chocolate shake, though it needed more chocolate in my opinion though! ?
Jack in the Box is the go-to when you don't exactly know what you want. You'll always find something. And the ice cream machine is always working

Conveniently located across from base. We come here a lot more than we should. They get our order right everytime. Burgers and fries occasionally cold but for the most part it's good. Love the curly fries and the buttery jack burger.. also the spicy chicken sandwich is super good too!
I ordered two chicken sandwiches the other day and you could tell the chicken patties were OLD. I'm never going there again. 1/5
By far the worst Jack in the Box. Horrible customer service and overcooked food. I've been shorted in the drive-through multiple times. When I pull around and go in, the staff gangs up to defend each other and basically call me a liar. Gave kids my fries since they didn't get any in their meals! Another occasion at the drive-through, the cashier spilled hot coffee on me as she handed it to me. She apologized but did nothing to make it right. She just poured a new coffee and gave it to me. Didn't even offer napkins to clean the mess. I had to ask for extra napkins. When I went in to speak with the manager, he ignored my concern and told me there was nothing he could do. Never going back to this one and will continue to tell everyone I can not to visit this site.
Took my step mom from Chicago to stay here and it was clean,quiet,felt safe and service was good. I will recommend staying here.
Food is good and the customer service is likewise. Only thing is, their ice cream machine is always down for cleaning late at night/early in the morning. Supposedly, it isn't finished until around 8 am. I'm missing the reason why it takes 8 to 10 hours to clean an ice cream machine.
