The service is good and the employees are nice.It does get busy at lunch time. So be patient.I go to this Jack in the Box in spite of the extremely RUDE SERVICE AT THE FOOTHILLS JACK IN THE BOX.

Even though I was the only one in line, it took awhile to get my sandwich. The staff wasn't rude. But, they weren't very nice. I was in the neighborhood and this was the only choice for a meal. I won't be back.

We got our order messed up at the drive thru, but after we filled the survey out we got a call from their manager and got offered a refund or the order. Nice service
They have changed their menu. It's more expensive for the same items. Some of their value items have come off and the others have gone up in price. I used to come there for the shakes, Jack junior and fries but NOT sure if I will go back.
