Their employees should double check the order before handing food to the customers.I ordered a large sourdough jack combo through the drive-thru, drove back to work, only to find out I was given someone else’s medium jumbo jack order.I wasted 40 minutes of my lunch time going to jack, then back to work, AND back to this jack; when it all could’ve been avoided had their employees confirm the order before handing it off.It’s irritating that this has to happen.Oh, and they kept my receipt as well; so not I’m able to leave a survey.
Had to drive a buddy home from the bar. It was 2230 and he was hungry lol Staff was perfect and food was fresh. Thank you

We like the Tacos and lately they haven't had any. I've been eating Jack tacos for 50 years and all a sudden they are out of stock. Very disappointing.
The food was ok the service was see ok. When my fiance ordered his burger they forgot the bacon. Also observed how rude the younger generation are to the homeless. It was an older gentleman who was homeless. He is someone father,grandfather,uncle. Never judge.
The French fries were cold. You could tell their oil was old. I usually like this location but the last two times I have been there they have given me poor products and not any of the condiments I asked for.
I confirmed my order 3 times and it was still wrong. Some people just don't have any listening skills. How hard is it to understand that I want to sausage biscuits with egg and no cheese. How hard is that to comprehend?And, they didn't put any napkins in the bag either. Geesh
Its like every Jack you visit but this one does have good customer service and they get your order right the first time. They had me pull around to wait because it was a large order but it was not long.
This restaurant is always dirty. The bathroom was nasty & there was feces on the toilet knob. Who cares what the food taste like when your restaurant looks like this. Their gonna make someone sick
Can't get the signs right, lobby never open when it's supposed too. Drive through line lllloooooonnnngggg and slow, forget this mess, nothing here is worth the stress
