This restaurant is definitely different! The ambient is very chill and cozy! The food is not like anything you will get anywhere else in yuma. Very unique plates.

Great food and a fun experience unlike anywhere else in Yuma. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough. From appetizers, cocktails, entrees, to dessert, everything was beyond my expectations.

Omg service was amazing and the food was to die for! So good, worth the money!!! I will for sure be back again!

MAIN POINTS:1. Service is amazing!2. Get the sizzling hot rock3. Go ahead… order a cocktail. You will be satisfied. Happy hour rocks ?We had been wanting to try this place for a while and it was around 30 minutes before they closed for the night when we arrived. The host Enrique was very nice and didn’t even mention that they were closing soon.Unfortunately, we didn’t get to eat in their main dining room, but we had the bar area all to ourselves! Josh was our server and really made our night nice! Never rushed us even though we were in the restaurant past closing!Food was amazing and SUPER INTERACTIVE!My ultimate favorite meal to order is the wagyu meatballs with the pasta sauce over fettuccine ??? it’s an off menu item but they will certainly make it for you!I would definitely recommend getting....✅ the sizzling hot rock which comes with thin slices of beef sirloin in a spicy soy sauce with serrano peppers! —> This, to me, was the best part of our meal. It was fun. It made fresh (by me ?and my boyfriend), and it just made a very different experience than just a normal sit down dinner.✅ the Caesar salad with edible flowers ? —> I tried an anchovy? for the first time just because it looked so pretty! ?✅ the house made short rib ravioli topped with cabernet sauce, spinach, and heirloom cherry tomato Cabernet jus. —> The pasta part of the dish was delicious and nice big raviolis. The cabernet sauce was slightly salty to taste, but I still enjoyed the dish as a whole.??We did have 2 cocktails: The French 75 & a Tropical Bellini. The restaurant has a nice selection of glasses and a well rounded cocktail menu, but if it were up to me I’d make lots of drinks with Gin ?

Great drinks, food, and service. The cocktails were particularly unique and delicious, probably my favorite part of the meal. The entrées were mostly great. The pork belly was a clear standout, great texture and flavor, with a bit of sweet. The pasta dishes felt a bit half-hearted, perhaps leaning into the lemon too far or missing something to round it all out. The service was great throughout, and I'd certainly go back to try more.

We had a great experience. The service was top notch and the food was excellent. I recommend the crab stuffed, bacon wrapped shrimp. It was very dark so that made it a bit hard to read the menu. We used our phone flashlights LOL. It is a bit pricey, so be prepared.

Cannot recommend this experience enough. I have eaten in fine dining restaurants in Vegas, NY, etc. and JT Prime could compete in any of those markets.I'm pregnant and was kindly offered a Virgin Mai Tai Mocktail upon arrival. It was sweet, pretty, and delicious! We started with the smoked waygu beef meatballs and they were flavorful and delicious. The pomodoro sauce made the dish. We also had the Caesar salad. I've heard such good things and the peppery salad delivered! My husband had the Ribeye medium rare and it was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked and very flavorful. I had the Shrimp Costa Azul which is shrimp stuffed with crab, wrapped in bacon, and drizzled with a lemon cream sauce. It was filling and so freaking good. The veggies served with it were also top notch.Lastly for dessert we had the molten chocolate cake. Far from the cliche dessert you find in chain restaurants, this cake had the perfect ratio of ganache to cake and had the most delicious berry sauce to cut through the richness. The whole staff was extremely attentive and kind. I loved being able to see the kitchen and will request the high top next to the prep area upon our next visit. The kitchen staff was seriously hustling and it was awesome to watch them work (with obvious passion).Overall, an excellent experience. Well worth the price tag. Can't wait to go back!

The food is outstanding. If you are budget-conscious, this may not be your place, however if you want fine dining and service, this one is yours! Wife and 2 friends had short ribs and loved them, I had crab stuffed shrimp and loved it. Try the bacon wrapped date appetizers!

Such a great dining experience. The drinks were great, bartender was amazing and the food was delicious. Definitely going back for the mashed potatoes and a Blackberry Chile Margarita... minus the Mezal add in the Tito's! Yum

Really great place for an upscale dinner date night. Place is small though so really recommend a reservation. The only things that take away from the ambiance is that the kitchen area is right next to and open to dining area. The evening we went, there was a lot of smoke that filled the dining area. This on top of how dark the dining area is. So many people took out their phone lights so they could see their menus.Food wise-really great food. Blackberry margarita was mixed well with enough alcohol. Appetizer of calamari and crab stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon. Entrees of steak and more of the crab stuffed shrimp. The sauteed vegetables were done well with lots of flavor. Dessert of coconut ice cream with their fermented pineapple. This was unique and flavorful.Highly recommend for a date night.
