What can I say?The APEX of "fast food"... or any food probably. Quality is the highest I've ever eaten in ANY restaurant. Taste is excellent. The work environment looks so smooth even when they are at peak ours. Excellent service. It amazes me how this can be possible, to have everything perfect and be so consistent on it for years. The place is always clean, too. The hype was not enough. There should be another level of rating to rate this In N Out. Probably an easy "Badass Seal of Approval".The Double-Double Animal Style is the KING of all Burgers.
Three friends stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. There was a crowd outdoors that had apparently just been served, a very large group with food in cardboard boxes.We went in and the line was short, but the dining area was full. We were able to place our orders within minutes, and then the food was up by the time we navigated the drink dispensers. The room was still jammed, but we nabbed a table just as another party was done.By the time we finished, the room was beginning to thin out. The dining area was a mess, but all the supplies of cups and lids, napkins, ketchup, had survived the rush. The staff turned out absolutely perfect meals, everything hot and done just right. I was impressed that this location obviously handled a large group, plus kept the dining area and drive-thru running at lunch on Saturday with grace and polite service.
The service is excellent. Everything was fresh and reasonable. I wish they had these in the midwest.
Met at front counter by a very Cordial cashier, which was the highlight. The food wasn't as I had remembered it. The fries were bad and cold, appearing to have many dark areas, tough and unflavored. The cheeseburger wasn't warm and it too was lacking in flavor. Would not recommend this outlet to a friend. Not the food I remember and was looking forward to. Not the normal meal for an In-N-Out Burger.
What can you say but, In & Out Burgers are best fastfood burgers, period. From Yuma, AZ to Salem, OR, they are all outstanding. Always great food, great service and, super clean environment.
If I could give this place 0 Stars I would! We went through the drive-thru, ordered two double doubles, two fries, and one dr pepper. The best thing was the dr pepper!Fries were extra crispy, dry, and way over cooked... we went back in and exchanged them for some that were kinda fresh.We get back to our hotel to eat the double doubles and the bread was burnt and charred. The whole meal was awful! Worst food we've ever had from any In-N-Out by far!!!I wouldn't recommend In-N-Out Yuma!
One of my most favorite burger places ever.i live in WA state and we don't have any in n outs in our state. So sad I get excited to get to get some double doubles because it is a very special treat and a awesome burger and fries along with a milkshake.try the animal style menu you won't regret it
Typical for In-N-Out, great curbside service to facilitate drive through orders, order verification at payment, and then again upon delivery at the window.As always, burgers and fries to their usual high standards.
Altough this place is always busy the employees give the customer their undivided attention. Food is always fresh. Cleanliness is a must it seems like. Employees uniforms are clean and all are well groomed
I was so looking forward to a In-N-Out Burger. While stranded in Yuma Arizona I was able to go check one out. I will say the whole theme and atmosphere of the restaurant did not disappoint. Everyone of the employees were extremely nice and polite. They worked as a well oiled machine. Definitely gave you the old soda shop vibe. I ordered the cheeseburger, fries and chocolate milkshake. I got it back to the hotel to only be able to enjoy the fries and milkshake. The food was excellent. (I come out here to get my teeth fixed cheap across the border. My mouth was still to sore to fully enjoy the cheeseburger.) I will be back to try again. I'll make sure to go here first before going across the border!
