Breakfast American Burgers

Ihop is known for breakfast but I went for dinner with a colleague. The place was empty with 3 other tables with patrons. It was a while for my colleague and I to be seated but the waitress/hostess greeted us and made us feel welcomed. After she was able to get her hands free she seated us and gave us menus while taking our drink order. We got to pick our seating and possibly waited around 10 minutes for drinks. But this woman was working her butt off, I believe it was only one waitress, one cook, and maybe a manager who was not of much help. I give a one star to the manager and 5 stars to the waitress who was kind, attentive and apologetic of the long wait for food.I know there are staffing shortages but she was super friendly, and even though it was a tough night she still gave awesome 5 star service, she was the star of the show. We ordered some burgers that were so good! Worth the wait, we left a good tip, she deserves it.

Food was as expected. Was seated quickly. Service was a little slow. Overall, I had no problem with my visit to IHOP in Yuma.

We stopped for breakfast in route to San Diego CA to see family. It was great they had all the pancake syrups back. That was the best part. Had omelet and Pancakes. It was good and a lot to eat.

A stop on our way to California. I had the omelet with Pancakes. My friend had the senior breakfast. Coffee was a little weak. It was okay; good for a small stop to stretch your legs and get a bite to eat then back at the road.

Emily was the best server I have had in a long time! She was friendly, attentive and precise.I will be asking for her every time I come in! Thanks so much Emily!!!!

We were a party of 11 almost all of our sweet came out cold it took way too long and I'm understanding that we had a big party and they didn't even put in my sister-in-law's order she ended up getting hers to go because they forgot about her

The food was very good! Had an omelette with pancakes. One of the few times the dish I ordered was as pretty and perfect as it looked in the menu photos.Service wasn't great, though. I say that as a former waitress- I know what good service is and we didn't get it. Perhaps they were short staffed? Perhaps they hired any and every one who applied. Either way, delicious food.

We came here around 8pm for a meal, and it didn't disappoint. The Pancakes and Omelet order I had were fluffy and filling respectfully. But because of The Pandemic even though some restrictions have been lifted some still remained; such as the actual cashier station (it's all handled by the Server) as well as most deserts (besides the shakes) are no longer available. Not their fault, it's just the sign of times and corporate's decision. However the customer service is still awesome, and it's still a place of interest for eating.

Bad experience. Chicken fried steak and eggs tasted old, omelette was not an omelette at all but was a thin dried up egg crepe folded over a few times with some toppings on top. Meal evidently was under a heat lamp for some time as everything was dried out on top. Would not return to IHOPS, the meals should have been thrown out! Paid $37 for this??? Yuk!

Yvonne (the waitress) makes the experience very personal and enjoyable.... thanks for the memories... and the chicken fajita omelette and the pancakes
