Always love dutch. They always have a friendly conversation at the window and the drinks are totally worth it even if the line is long I do strongly recommend the app so you can pick ahead of time.

I've gotten a few Dutch Brothers iced coffees and I still can't justify paying 6+ dollars for this coffee.There's also a different kind of culture that serves you here; the type that like face piercings and multiple tattoos.I went here with my brother-in-law, who is a local law enforcement officer, who was in uniform.The young man working here asked my brother if, "You want a straw, homeboy?"Really?!If you want to support a business that addresses law enforcement officers as "homeboy," by all means buy your beverages here but I will not.
Tried to express my dissatisfaction regarding an issue about their service. Was told by management "We are independently own and do not require to follow the same customer service other Duth Bros do...". Manager was in a defensive mode instead of acknowledging the issue. First bad expierence with Dutch Bros, hope is the last one.

Not the friendly experience I get at every other Dutch bros. Checked my I.D when I said it was my birthday for a $4 drink? Wow. Never had that experience in Oregon before. Used my points even though I didn’t even ask her to. Said hi at the window and they just yell “WHAT” then just looked at my dog, no treats, then just handed my drink and didn’t say anything. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at Dutch
BEST coffee!!! This is REAL flavorful coffee, not just pure sugar syrups & milk! It's a well balanced coffee! Dutch Bros crew is so cheerful and sweet!! I recognize Golden Eagle & my personal one ice latte with white chocolate! ??❤️??
