The drinks are really good but.... I must say that the girl that took our early morning order out side today on her tablet was taking her customer service above and beyond with my husband I understand customer service but trying to ask so much personal information from a total stranger is too much, after we pulled up to the window to get our drinks she proceeded to go inside to the window and continued to try asking more personal questions and share about herself very unprofessional.
They are always upbeat and friendly. Never a dull experience when getting coffee from here. Definitely my go-to place when I need to pick me up.

This is my kids favorite place. They always ask for some kind of different drink that always tastes great. The service is as always super exceptional from the ordering process to the time I'm given my products i always get great service. We will definitely be coming back. I love the app and the points.
A couple of weeks ago I was waiting for my order at the window. I had to wait cause they were having fun which I don’t mind. Then he excuses himself by saying he was talking to some cute girls who were underage, who starts off a convo like that. So today I was in line and I see the person with what looked like my drink looking around. Thinking she couldn’t find me I asked her is that rebel and she responds with “no it’s a coffee, duh”. You guys are too casual with customers that it comes off as rude and inappropriate.

Drinks are good, staff is super friendly BUT the wait is always so horrible. I think less chatting and more working would help speed things up. Another thing is I’ve been in line before others and they get their order taken first due to their zig zag method of taking orders. Definitely not cool that 2 cars that showed up way after me got their stuff first cause they chose the correct lane to be in.
