I'm new to Yuma I am exploring places to eat, I came in, and the person at the front didn't even acknowledge me, she was too busy texting I said good morning and asked if I can sit anywhere she said someone will come to give me a table not sure if she was on Break or what was going on.. so I got sit it, the waiter was nice but not attentive I have to call him a couple of times for coffee and napkins. On a positive note food was great and came fast easy to park and opens 24hrs, I will definitely go again, hope next time staff will smile more and be more attentive.
Amazing service by Francisco and Alexis! 10 out of 10 customer service!They were so fast, so helpful, and so friendly. They definitely set a high goal in customer service! I have a large family and we all can be a pretty big task but we all are very appreciative of them!
I always like going here, the food is great and the employees are always friendly and fast to help. The only downside is that it very popular and it gets busy all year. The building is still the old style and pretty small. The parking lot is shared by the hotel behind it and the gas station next to it, and if it's busy there is no where to park. But they can't expand in their current location, so those issues can't be helped. Maybe if the company could relocate so the property could be a bit bigger, it would be wonderful, or even multiple locations. This is a small city and there is only 1 Denny's in town. The annual winter visitors make this location impossible to go to during the colder seasons.
Place is clean, waitress was very good. I had the burbon burger which was also unexpectedly good. I took a slice of cheese cake to go. When I finally ate the cheese cake I wish I had ordered a second burbon burger to take home instead. The cheese cake was good but I really liked the burger.
