Charged me way wrong.... 2 peanut buster ice creams over $20? Take a look at yr kid employees... maybe put some management skills to work and train them right? Wont come to this location again
It was very busy. The servers were moving. We got our ice cream and it was delicious.
My wife and I had a great experience and wonderful food here today. Server was a young man named Aidan I believe. So polite and kept us totally informed about timelieness. Aidan let us know that freshly prepared lunch would be up in 3 minutes and he was right on. He brought it to us promptly and with a smile. He kindly offered the Senior discount without being asked. What a breath of fresh air in the fast food industry. Hire more like him please! Cheers
The parking lot and drive-thru are hard to navigate in our Ford truck, we just park nearby and walk. The service is hit and miss but the blizzard quality seems pretty consistent ??
Today I rediscovered Blizzards. I hadn't had one in 30 years.The Very Cherry Chip Blizzard was great.The seating area was clean and the service for the Blizzard was extremely quick.
It was chilly indoors, couldn't use the tables outdoors because they were dirty. Mentioned it to an employee but no change. They weren't busy so that shouldn't have been the reason. Ate in the vehicle, food was good!
Always cheerful & polite when going through the drive-thru. When I Door Dash, if something is missing from my order and I call, they graciously find a way to rectify the issue.
Girl who helped us was apparently in a bad mood. Other girl who actually made our order redeemed her and was very sweet. We went in but beware, parking lot is tiny and if you'l have a truck or long wheels base, park over in the bigger lot next door and do NOT go through the drive thru. It's narrow and a sharp curve. There are signs but kind of hard to see and you can see where people scraped the wall.?
It's good. The Driveway is Famous! For wrecks.? and trust me it's tight! If you have a big truck just walk in. It's not worth it!
Love there ice cream, my daughter does too. $prices are going threw the roof but if I could afford to dine there or take a date, I would.
