This store itself was not great at all. The portions are smaller than other chipotles we have been to. The line was extremely long and I feel like this was mostly do to the staff and their carelessness. Bathroom was destroyed when I got in there and maybe not their fault but had to wait in a line there to witness some dudes bowel issues. Like he hovered over the seat and sprayed. The review is mostly for the food portion and it just not tasting normal.
This salad was less than a fast food combo! Fresh food with great flavor at a low price. What more can you ask for at a counter service restaurant? I just put it on a plate when I got home and look how much food it is. Beautiful fresh greens without any iceberg. I go to this location at least twice a month. I usually order a bowl or tacos, if I want a bit less food. Lately I have been loving the salad and I have never had a single complaint. I also like their unique Aguas Frescas options for a beverage instead of just fountain or ice tea.
Ordered from doordash, not only was my order late and cold, the food portions from this chipotle were abysmal.. This is a 10 dollar burrito bowl with Carne. Where is it? Its a bowl of salsa, sour cream and cheese. Sad. Portions used to be so much better.
I like going to Chipotle for a salad but second time that I have been there around 9pm and they are out of steak. Last time steak and veggies. 905 pm. You are still open almost another hour? Even asked the employee to confirm closing time. So I went to other chipotle in Big Curve They are always stocked and great customer service.
Three days jin a row, we got burned chicken on our salads. I cant even call the restaurant to complain! All it will let me do is order more burned chicken. We have been going to that Chipotle restaurant with no problems. They need to check their new hires. They need to let dissatisfied customers call the restaurant.
It's Chipotle, easy menu and good options. This location prepared my food way better than other locations I've visited. The staff was very professional and courteous.
3.5 stars. Facility was pretty clean despite a consistent flow of patrons. Staff did their jobs, but they weren't friendly/welcoming about anything. Store had run out of salsa fresca and tea on the day/time we were there.
The thing I like most about Chipotle is they're consistency and this location hasn't let me down yet.

Chipotle’s app makes it easy and safe to get healthier food fast when on a road trip in this age of Covid. Eating in a dining room was not an option. As we approached Yuma, my family used the app to pick our food and choose a pick up time. My husband went inside to fetch the order. It was a good thing he checked the bag while inside because our chips had been left out, but that was quickly remedied. The order was otherwise fine, the ingredients tasty and fresh.
