I will give this place 5 stars!! My son has Autism spectrum disorder. He loves chilis, he always eat Mac and Cheese. As many people on the spectrum, he loves routine and he can’t manage changes very well. We were ordering and today they ran out of mac and cheese, when my son listened to it he started crying and got overwhelmed, he became sad and he didn’t want to eat someplace else and nothing else.the server Angel went to speak to the manager, Saul the manager on shift came to talk to my son and he said : guess what? We found one Mac and cheese for you ! .. I haveNo idea what they did, but they got it for us … thank you so much for your empathy! More people like this is what the world needs! They rescued us. One of the greatest experience we have had.!
The Yuma Chili's is my go to place for a few favorites that I can always count on being very good. The service has always been polite, helpful, and upbeat. It is a place that I find easy to go back to.
I had the mushroom swiss burger. It was ok...I just wish the mushrooms were alittle more sauteed. I also had a watermelon spritz. Pretty good but kinda weak for my taste.
Very disappointed with our Dining experience this afternoon. Service at the bar was awful. Not once did the bartender check on us to inquire about our meal, needing refills on sodas, if we needed anything...not once!! The Spinach Queso and Southwest Eggrolls were as good as ever. The order of wings were a joke. The order called for eight, I got seven. They were the smallest wings I have ever had. Y'all need to let the birds grow a little!!!
Food was delicious and love the prices!! Service seemed short staffed, but still friendly.
The waiter was so rude, after we paid and gave him the tip, we walked outside and he follow us saying “this is not enough, don’t give me anything then” We told him to keep the money and he gave it to us in a very disrespectful way.
I hadn't been in a Chili's in years. There just weren't any where we moved. Boy, they've gone downhill. The service was good. But, the building looked worn and sad. The menus were so old and worn that they were hard to read. The plastic cups were scratched and looked pitiful. But, worst of all, the food just wasn't that good. Good service got them an extra star. But, either fix it up or shut it down.
The service here is great and the food is even better. Personally I love the salmon, my sister always goes for their mango chicken. Both are really good.
Friendlier servers and especially hostesses. food was cold service wasn't good nevered checked up on us. no refills on our drinks.
I'm not one to complain, but I paid good money on food and service that wasn't up to the normal Chili's standard that I'm used to.The ribs were dry and tough. The chicken strips were very chewy and salty. The waitress had an attitude, the only decent part of the meal was the corn on the cob and fries... And this is one of my favorite places to eat at or get delivery from, so I was highly disappointed.
