The bathrooms are always dirty, they're always out of something on the menu, and the kids playground is still closed. The chicken sandwiches are so plain, the ranch is bland, and the fries need more seasoning. They must be short staffed because it took me over 10 minutes to order.

Traveling from San Diego to Phoenix, we were starving, so glad yall was here because that gas station good is NO BUENO

Almost $10, 10 minute wait in front after ordering & paying in the drive thru... And this is what they consider "The Primal Angus Thick Burger"?.... Don't waste your time or money here, I definitely won't again.

Terrible service and attitude because they gave me the wrong order. I told them my order was wrong and they said they would have to charge me again for rhe right order. What sense does that make. DO NOT GO HERE!!! POS Place and people!!

Visited the Carl's Jr on 16th Street (Yuma, Ariz) the young man taking my order was incredible and very attentive. When I got my order I asked if it was all there and he said he had checked it himself. Thank you Adrian for the awesome service.

The southwest chicken sandwich was so disgusting. That was not cheese. Never going to Carl's again.People, bring a snack and don't eat fastfood.

I worked as a manager there. I had a stomach bug and had to let the GM know I wouldn't be coming in since I was sick to my stomach. She then ignored me for a week on when I should be back to work and then finally after messaging and calling for a week and going in to the restaurant 3 times she finally told me that since I was out sick that day and it wasn't pre-approved I was fired. How exactly are you supposed to get it pre-approved when you get sick? Makes no sense. And then to string me along for a week before telling me was pretty awful behavior for a GM. I have been working for the last 22 years and this was by far the worst management experience I've ever had in any of my jobs. I would never recommend anyone work there as long as she is the GM.

This location on 16th St has a lot of work to put into getting your order right and/or making sure the order is quality checked. I ordered a double and received a single patty with my order on one drive through visit. Today's second drive through visit a week later the drinks had no syrup/flavor. I also didn't get any sauces I requested and the lettuce wrap only had 1 piece of lettuce. Hopefully this changes especially since it's a prime location near the mall and freeway. I suggest going to 32nd big curve location in the meantime. 3 stars because I have hope they'll improve.

Good food, extended hours, they accept a card, it is clean, it has parking, but they have two problems, the soda machine does not work, nobody tells you until you ask questions after trying and they fill your glass in another machine behind the counter, the soda tastes like tap water, the worst, is the terrible attitude of the night staff, they do not greet you, if you ask for something extra, for example dressing, they look bad, even a girl rolled her eyes, for the treatment and bad attention, I decided never to return

The food was ok. What got me was I knew they were going to ask me to pull around the building and wait. The person at the window and the manager were visibly upset when I informed them I would wait right at the window. The manager quickly showed a $28.00 order in one bag. I politely asked him to please put the burgers in one bag and the fries, zucchini and jalapeño poppers in the others. He quickly did and practically threw my bags at so I would leave. I surprised him when I took everything out of the bags and checked my order. Come Carl's Jr. It's called a drive up window for a reason, not order and pull around and wait...If I wanted to do that I would have went inside.NOTE: there wasn't a car behind me waiting and $28.00 isn't alot of food.
