I was starving so stopped and ordered a cheeseburger which came with so so French fries. The cheeseburger tasted good but too greasy. Dripping in grease! Employees masked and friendly Location tricky to find and park. Leaving was a real annoyance having to pull out on to a side street to get to the stop light with a lot of traffic not willing to let other in. Overall this wouldn't be my first choice next time in Yuma.
We had the 2 for 25 deal, and such a deal. Oriental Salad for me and a perfect medium steak for my wife, preceded by boneless chicken wings. The food was great and far too much of it. The service was top notch and friendly and quick, the server very attentive. However boneless wings appear to be on inspection not mucn more than McNuggets, all be it cruncher with better sauce.
Great atmosphere. Plenty to do to work up a sweat. Friendly staff!
I honestly fell in love with Applebee’s good flavor and fast service AT THE OTHER LOCATION 1100 16th st. I decided to go to this one at 4th avenue to see if the service would be as good as the other one. Not at all. The first time that I went to the one in fourth avenue, I noticed the portions were way smaller in comparison to the one in 16th st. The plate was cold and it took forever to arrive. We asked for ceasar salad but got the house salad instead. They didn’t even apologize for it or offered to change. Worse service but my boyfriend insisted in giving it a second try. We went back today 08/10/2019. He asked for a very well done steak, it was medium rare. The manager took it back to cook a little more and when she brought it back it was still medium. I asked for the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, it had barely 3 shrimps, no mushrooms (supposed to be included) and it was super dry. Not ever going back, worse service, lack of flavor. I only give it 2 stars because the one in 16th street is really good.
What a great oasis in the middle of the desert. We were welcomed like old friends and there is soooo much equipment to fit whatever our workout mood may be. From the minute we walked in the door, we knew we would be there everyday of our stay in Yuma. Day, week or month- they have it covered. This will be a regular stop on our travels.
