This was my first time going to Boston Pizza after a lot of my coworkers had gone and raved about the place, I suppose I can say they are easily impressed. I was very underwhelmed by the “nachos”, I am sorry but why are my nachos plated and served like this? Also they were lukewarm “nachos” I expected my nachos to actually have nacho cheese not grated cheese, this makes me think these were frozen and chef Mike did the magic because for the life of me I do not believe they spread beans on these chips one by one. Pizza was good but you can’t really mess up on a pizza. Honestly this was a one time thing, like doing drugs in Joshua Tree, everyone raves about it, but when you do it, it is very UNDERWHELMING.
Tried Bostons while staying at the hotel. Friday Dinner service was busy but we did not feel neglected at all. Our waitress was attentive and stayed on top of our drinks. We had spinach dip which was cheese goodness. We also had Cobb salads and Buffalo chicken wraps. For being a pizza restaurant their non pizza food did not disappoint. Delicious, fresh and flavorful. Will definitely come back when we are in town.
I loved it ! Great great great pizza and customer service ! ? Thannk you BP
This place is a decent place. The food isn't the greatest. It can take forever to get someone to come to the hostess station to seat you. But they serve decent pizza. I have had it for take out and dine in. I recommend the dine in.
Interesting decor. Excellent service by a very friendly staff. An extensive food and drink menu. Lots of TVs. I ordered pizza; it has a different but delicious crust.
Then we start off my review by saying I am in the minority with my two-star opinion...Everyone here in Yuma raves about Boston's. That being said, the following is my experience and opinion.First off, we went to dinner at Boston's on a Thursday evening and arrived at approximately 6:00 p.m. we were seated rather quickly, within three or four minutes. Then, it didn't take too long for them to take our order, about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, things went downhill from here. It took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive from the time that our order was taken. Then, when it did, my wife ordered the French dip sandwich, and it was so soggy that the bottom piece of bread was falling apart. That's not what a French dip is supposed to be. The juice is supposed to be on the side and the bread is supposed to be toasted so that it retains some texture after you've dipped it into the sauce. It appeared that they had poured the sauce all over the bottom piece before serving it which made it incredibly soggy and disgusting. As a side, she got the french fries which were supposed to be seasoned but I and she could detect no flavor at all and they were just cold and nasty.I ordered the full rack of ribs for $22. They were out of truffle french fries, which was my first choice. They were also out of my second choice which was sweet potato fries. So they served the "seasoned" fries and roasted vegetables. Again, I've already said what I feel about the seasoned fries, but the roasted vegetables were also nasty. Completely overcooked and mushy with very little flavor. The one highlight of the evening were the ribs! They were delicious and tender! That's the only reason I'm giving two stars. Otherwise it would have been one.As far as atmosphere goes, I know it's a sports bar but it was purposefully designed to be insanely noisy. Every surface from the ceiling to the walls to the floor is designed to reflect sound and make it to the point that I was unable to hold a conversation with my wife even at elevated tones and feel like I wasn't shouting for the entire restaurant to hear. My son who is 19 thinks this place is the best but, it's just not my style and I don't care for it at all. I will not be returning and would not recommend it.
The food is phenomenal! Everything is presented so nicely on the plate. The Boston Whiskey Cake is to die for! The Chocolate Brownie dessert is unbelievable also! The employees are so friendly and helpful. Shout out to our waitress Teaira! It was our first visit, she was very knowledgeable on all the dishes on the menu, there is more than pizza! She was so nice and patient answering all our questions and helping us decide what to order. We loved the happy positive vibe of this restaurant. We will DEFINITELY be going back quite often.
First the employees here were absolutely wonderful. Kind, friendly and loaded with personality. The bar itself was gorgeous and clean. Unfortunately, I ordered online for pickup ...(mainly because I'm from out of town) I ordered cheese bread and a special pepperoni pizza....and unfortunately it was already cool when I got int in my car. Even though I was there and waiting for it? I grabbed a piece of cheese bread...two in fact and neither had cheese and it was also tepid in temperature. The pizzas flavor overall was pretty good even cold....and while I didn't have any trouble with it my family both had acid reflux that night after eating it. I would eat here again....bit only dining in so I could be sure to have hot food or even warm. It had potential...just needed better execution
Terrible bartender and management is the worst. We are staying at 4 Points and will never go back to Boston Pizza.
New to the area at one of our local hotels, Four Points right off the freeway…we thought we’d give it a try! Good food and if you’re a sports fan, Lots of TVs to watch whatever is on…Service is okay, thinking it’s new and will get better…Pizza, pasta dishes and appetizers are all delicious…
