I didn't eat here. I was meeting someone here for the first time. I grabbed a couple horseradish sauces and use their restrooms to freshen up. They have free Wi-Fi here. That's always a plus.
I was out exploring the KOFA area and on the way back we needed a bite to eat and decided to stop by Arby's.We went through the drive-thru and the person who took our order was extremely kind. They must of had a shift change because somebody else started helping us at the window who was also extremely kind and pleasant to deal with.Arby's food is always delicious to me and I always go with the beef and cheddar and curly fries, although I accidentally ordered a normal roast beef sandwich which was still good as is but since I stuffed my jalapeno poppers in there to mimic my beloved beef and cheddar, it was fantastic... It actually kind of worked! ?My fiancee always goes for that market turkey sandwich and I did have a bite of that and it was also delicious.Service time was reasonable and there was no long line and I would highly recommend going by Arby's if you happen to be driving through the area as the food was excellent and consistent and the service was fantastic and we were able to scarf our food and hop back on the road in no time!Sorry I have no pictures but it definitely looked like Arby's food that you see in the commercials.
Food is always good at arbys, but the service at this one on Ave3 in Yuma is TERRIBLE!They take one order at a time, drive up or walk-in and wait till it's complete till taking any other order.And they refused to acknowledge the discounts advertised on TVRidiculous.
Stopped in today on our way to California right away we were greeted by Robert! He was very kind and helpful, he joked with us a little bit. Over all made a pleasant experience ?
It's Arby's...it was as good as Arby's can be. Great for road trips. I got The sliders which are served in weird cartons, not ideal for eating in the car. But roast beef and curly fries were good.
The employees are super awesome, even after my cousin and I accidentally spilled a bunch of french fries on the ground. They were very nice and chipper and were happy to help. Honestly they made half my experience today :D
Our server was great! So attentive and detail oriented! I haven't gotten service like that in a long time. Keep him there. And don't forget to ring the bell on the way out!
Fresh delicious food! Super friendly staff! I think the girl might have been pretty new but she was extremely friendly and apologetic and helpful and was then super sweet to my dog as well! Always win bonus points when you're sweet to Mr. Pedro! Haha!
Very poor customer service. I stood at the counter to place an order for 4 min. All 3 employees working made eye contact and didn’t say a word. There was nobody in front of me nor behind me. One gentleman sitting in the lobby and 3 cars in the drive through. Had you at least acknowledged my existence I would have continued to wait. I decided to leave.
