They mistreated and humiliated a Vietnam Veteran! Enough said!
The first time we went to this location the stake was excellent. Now I am not a big eater, but we both went home for more to eat.The second time the food was mediocre.The third time. We went there with friends at their request. Three of us got our order. But my wife didn’t. She said go ahead and eat while you food is hot. We did. Twice I talked to another waitress, asking for our waitress. Finally one said she was on her lunch break. I said I want to talk to the manager NOW. When he came to our table. I ask him if he saw a problem. He didn’t until I showed him 3 finished meals and nothing in front of my wife. He didn’t seem to understand until I told him she didn’t get her dinner. He told another waitress to get her dinner. She did it was cold and soggy. She also delivered our bill at that time.Would you go back. Not us.
Applebee's is pretty much the same wherever you go. We went to this location while passing thru on vacation. The staff were super nice manager engaged with my very talkative daughter. Food was good and service was quick. A nice experience. It was interesting to see some local pictures on the walls not sure if I ever paid attention to other locations.
We were seated quickly and our server, Guillermo, helped us with the menu. Our food was brought out quickly and it was excellent. The manager was on site and he is a very nice man and extremely efficient. We were asked several times if everything was good which it certainly was. This is the best Applebee's we have ever been to.
All our food came out fresh and very hot, service was friendly, and we really enjoyed our meal! We got the 2 for $22 and it was truly a great deal! Margarita was served in a cocktail glass, not a margarita glass. The Classic Sampler appetiser was cold when served. Ribeye steak was overcooked but cold when served. The steak had no marbling and seemed more like a top sirloine than the higher priced ribeye I had ordered. The broccoli and mashed potatoes that accompanied the steak were also cold when served. The waitress was not attentive and even seemed hostile. We saw very little of her during our meal. I gave two stars only because the interior of the restaurant was attractive and clean.
One of our favourite places to go for an afternoon early dinner or late lunch. Sit on the patio and enjoy good conversation with family we have not seen for years! It was a great afternoon and, as usual, the food did not disappoint! It was great as usual! Great Margueritas as well!
A decent Applebee's. The Bar isn't kept up to this chain's highest standard. It does come with great menu items due to it being a large chain... Mid-Tier cleanliness, and maintenance make this graded down.
Service incredibly poor. Waited for our food over an hour, asked about our order 3 times then came order was wrong. We ended up being there for over 2 hours.Paid with $100.00 bill had to track down the waiter after waiting for the change of $45.00 for more than 15 minutes. His response was oh that's right I need to bring you change.
I had not been to an Applebee's in over 3 years! I was pleasantly surprised at how good their menu was. Maybe it's the location. The food was good. We ordered from the 2 for menu. I always take pictures of my food, but I guess I was so hungry that day that I completely forgot!! I would recommend this particular location. The service was fast, the sever was friendly, and the temperature of the meal was hot. I will go back and try other menu items.
