Usually items on the menu are consistent with flavor and cook. This time it missed the mark on a few items. Out of a sauce for two of the orders and the sauce on the other did not resemble the usual....meat needed to be small ground and not large chunks. Left a large portion behind. Oh well....it happens
This place can’t decide if it’s a nice Italian restaurant or a sports bar. Expensive, average food and average service. Attention to the food wasn’t great either, the eggplant Parmesan was overcooked.Dinner is set to the nonstop tune of 90s power pop hits like Ace of Bass. Doesn’t really set the mood or enhance the atmosphere. And there are something like 8 distracting TVs on one side of the house with a guy loudly clapping every time his team makes a basket. Not worth the money or the time, if you’re not looking for an expensive Italian sports bar.
What happened to Zona 78? It used to be one of my favorite restaurants. We went for happy hour a few weeks ago and the cocktails were bad, we got the wrong order and were looked at like we were crazy when we told the waiter about receiving the wrong food. I think the response was, “oh yeah, I guess. Do you really want me to put in for the other thing.” This make me sad.
Trout dinner is perfect. I can't deviate from that menu item. Service is friendly beyond average. The cannoli, though, probably thawed from frozen -- pretty average.
App won't let me tap on moderate noise. Meal was delicious. Always love the trout. Pasta restaurant should do more seafood! Service a little inconsistent.
It was a quiet Friday night and we were quickly seated. I had the Rigatoni Bolognese and it was delicious. There was a $13 charge for the garlic bread and it was well worth it. The bread is made there and it was airy and flavorful. I could have made a meal of just the garlic bread. Our server Ashlee was attentive and there when needed. Overall a wonderful dinner. We will be enjoying the leftover garlic bread with tonightâs dinner. Yummy!
Fantastic place. Everyone is very friendly and the food is fresh, made to order, and delicious. Standouts are the charcuterie board options - ALL OF THEM - and the pizza. They also have rainbow trout and pasta dishes. Really fun drink options and they often have specials. We go about every other week.
Good food and drink. Strange music and TV. Service was swift.
We enjoyed a bottle of wine with our lunch for Father's Day. Service was very good, and the food was really good. We will be making this one of our to go places when dining out.
The rise in prices was a surprise 80$ for pizza and salad for 2 is high
