Wok and roll has amazing food. The fried foods are Vegas quality for sure and the selection of sushi is far better then any other buffet in town. Worth the drive from any side of Tucson! Highly recommended

Just left after spending $68 for my 5 year old daughter, my wife, and me. The waitress barely came to the table and had to be asked several times for refills and simple items and clearly showed preferential treatment to the table behind us. The “seafood” portion was sad in terms of tiny and cold crab legs. You can’t charge Vegas buffet prices and have pitiful options and service. I was a loyal customer until this experience.
Super good food & sushi. Lots of dessert & ice cream options as well. Came with a group. Service was good and prices were too. This restaurant now gives out disposable gloves for guests to wear when serving themselves.
My wife was craving Chinese food. She wanted try Wok & Roll for the buffet. And crab legs for me. We arrived approximately 6:00 pm on a Sunday night. The place was busy, and we were able to get a table.The food was amazing. This is the best Chinese buffet in Tucson. Loved the crab legs but the kitchen was slow bringing out crab legs. And when they were out, ppl near the buffet were 1st to grab. Later that evening ppl were leaving so there was plenty of crab legs.We live 20 minutes away but it was worth the trip. And we'll be coming back for more
I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. Went into the restaurant with a great attitude. Staff doesn’t fully understand English first off. Asked if lemonade was freshly squeezed. She said pink lemonade and kept repeating the same thing. Got water instead. Tried about 15 different things from their lunch menu. Nothing was fresh except salmon and grilled tilapia because I saw the staff put it out right in front of me. Other then that everything was either cold or hot but not fresh. Talk to the manager about dinner and if I could pay for dinner upfront and do dinner instead because I was unsatisfied with the lunch. He said what were you unsatisfied about. I said everything was warm but not fresh because you can tell the difference between something that’s been sitting out on a heating pad versus something that is actually cooked recently. I understand the concept of buffet and that some items may not get recycled like that should because it’s a big menu, but 12/15 things I tried were old and you could taste it in the entree. The manager went over to one of the entrees I said wasn’t fresh and moved the chicken around with the scooper and then yelled at me to get out and never come back. Overall worst customer service and even worse food.
Sorry to say the only thing from this place that was good was the one piece of California Roll sushi I had. The food looked good, but none of it was hot…hardly warm in fact. The waitress we had spoke very poor English and made it known she was not happy working there. In concept, it was a great idea because of the huge selection of food, including Sushi. But none of that counts when the food is not hot. If the health department tested the temperature of any of their food, it would have failed. Last words…this was NOT a $51 dinner for two people. By the time I got to my car, my stomach started acting up. This happened to another person in our party, as well. I am only giving one star because the rating won’t go any lower. None of us will ever go there again.
Me and My Husband went in Saturday for lunch almost dinner we were happy to come back because we went a couple weeks ago. So we decided to go out our bill was not that much because I got water and my husband got a soda right when get up to get our meal all the plates were dirty had some residue film from leftover food utensils were dirty and my water tasted disgusting our waitress was extremely rude we were ready to pay you my husband has OCD so he was trying to round out the check to the nearest dollar and I had cash in my wallet that I was gonna tip for our waitress My Husband hand her the pen and the receipt waitress immediately looks at the tip amount freaks out starts screaming at us in front of everyone saying that’s all you’re gonna tip making a huge scene was the crazy experience of my life needless to say I did not leave her to help I felt extremely disrespected and will never be coming back not family friendly
Soooo much food. Gloves for hygiene. Service was simply a wave. Crab, oysters, muscles, sushi, fish, everything laid out. Pudding had a great variety too. Forgot photos. Too hungry!
Cheating money ???????????? Worst attitude ?????????? Give enough money but said not enough. Yell at customer face and act like it is my fault. Rude
