Pros and conscon : first impression walking up , older gentleman "manager ? " smoking right in front of the door . AZ law within 20 feet of entrances, open windows, or ventilation systems of an establishment. please wash your hands they smell like smokedance floor was packed , but a few bad apples whom ram, bump and just think they own the floor .pro : staff was very polite , food was hot, fresh and fast !cost was on point, other places we have gone to have over chargedbouncers were always on point, helping and seemed to always have a smile , music was great . Our waitress was awesome !!for those who say to loud, yep it's loud , but very clear!!not like the other bars whos speakers are on the stage .if your reading this please go and try it out yourself , these reviews are individual you will have to decided

The sandwiches were very good along with both types(sweet potato & reg). The only flaws I saw were1 - they had no "sourdough" bread!2- price was over $110 for 3 adults and 2 teens. They do HONOR military with discount, but only gave $1.50 ?I expected 10% like all other places i have encounter. And since the waitress did not ask who i expected flat for bill. There were 3 and she neither adk or gave for them..She should ask for IDs if only gonna give to some....

Cheap drinks, good nachos, wonderful Dance floor and teachersI would honestly give this place five stars if it were not for Andrea, the staff who nearly kicked me out for sitting on a corn hole game even though I swiftly stood up as soon as she asked - and (asked rudely.) She is certainly not the kind of person who knows how to D-escalate sober or drunk people - And I do believe she should be swiftly removed from the bar before she irritates any other good paying customers? Keep in mind there was no one playing the game. I honestly would’ve had such an amazing night if it were not for her.

Food was great. Server was busy, and Rude. When I asked to close my tab, She left for 10 minutes, came back and asked me my name again to get my card and bring back the bill. When she arrived back at the table she basically tossed my bill on the table went to help someone else without saying a word. We were at Whiskey Roads for a benefit and we left early do to the server...

Seriously understaffed. Our server was literally running to keep up. The bar stools may be okay for the younger generation, but for those of us that are older than that, they're horrible to sit on. My husband ordered chicken tenders that he enjoyed. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were. I ordered the potato skins. Mine didn't arrive until a good half an hour later. They were ice cold and looked absolutely nothing like the picture. 11 bucks for these tiny, pitiful looking potato skins. Everyone started laughing. By that time the noise and the bar stool were too much. I went to the pick up, asked my husband to get a to go box so I could heat the skins up at home. Our server took the card, then charged us a "service " fee that was never mentioned. It was dark so my husband never noticed. Then he left her a tip signed and he never could get a to go box. I hope someone enjoyed the skins because I didn't. Never again.

Great place! Nice people!

Nice clean place, quiet enough so a group of 6 could hear the conversation. The food was overall well prepared and the serving size was larger than necessary, but the price was also. Our server was very busy but managed to get our orders correct and served at the same time. She also kept tabs on our drinks very well and touched base regularly to see if we needed anything else. All in all and good restaurant experience.

Food was good. The music is the eating section of the establishment was a tad too loud. We had to speak very loudly (almost scream) to be heard by our table mates. Service was okay. I only give it 3 starts because our bill was confusing. A "service fee" was added without being advised of this first. I have no problem paying a 20% gratuity. Had I not pointed out the "service fee" a 40% tip would have been left by our friends for okay service. When asked, the server said the person taking the reservation should have mentioned the automatic 20% gratuity for a party of 6+. That person did not mention this automatic gratuity.

The "New Whiskey Roads" is just as good as the "Old Whiskey Roads." Very well organized, the security staff is present and attentive to their surroundings and keeps the peace, the bartenders friendly and offer up drinks with dispatch and smile even when busy and rushed, prices are fair, the band good and a very good sound system. Nice dance floor and outside patio to hang out. Major plus is the two bars, one for the dancing side and one for those who want to drink and mingle. Great atmosphere and you will not be disappointed when you drop by!

Awesome place to have fun and dance great music friendly people and I love the vibe from all employees smiles and awesome attitudes ❤️?
