I had the best meal of 2022 last night! A jalapeño cheese Whataburger, lge ff.and a 32 oz chocolate shake. The drive through wait paid off and I'm not kidding! Service and quality have pushed Whataburger to the top of the burger wars! Great efforts at Valencia and 12th!
Terrible service and no attention to detail. Always cold food and managers ( mainly a troll named Laura) make you feel unwelcome.Made to order? Yeah right. They make a massive amount of Patties only to let them dry and become rubber. No one follows basic food safety. Disgusting.Take your business elsewhere.
Very nice staff, fast n friendly. Had the2 for $4 today. Great deal for 2 egg bacon n cheese grilled cheese. Other 2 for $4 deals as well right now
Never have I had an issue at this location. Always gets my order correctly and the customer service is great. You know what I like here than I like anywhere elsewhere, its there apple pie. Sooo good!
4 people behind the counter when I walked in. No other customers waiting. Took 5 minutes before they even took my order. Didn't give me my cup for the self-serve drink. The burger was ok, the fries were under cooked and I finally got my cup. Won't go back. Many other choices for burgers.
Desiree was very rude. We waited 30 minutes for pick up order. Shake was watered down, fries were cold. Definitely not the kind of customer service you want to encounter. To many young teens/adults scrambling everywhere looking clueless. Drive thru line was long. You can see employees on cellphone at register. You can hear customers complaining from the parking lot.
I hate to do this because I love Whataburger but tonight I had a horrible experience. I submitted a curbside order via the app, I arrived when my food was projected to be ready at 8:09 pm. I checked in and indicated what number I was parked at and when nobody attended to me by 8:30 pm, I went inside. I was told my order was lost and the manager had one of the team members write my order down. I didn't get my food until 8:55 pm and my order wasn't prepared as ordered.
3 stars because they forgot my onion rings and side of jalapeños. I couldn't return for the items but after a phone call and disputing the cost of gas to go back, they offered me the full meal, with proof of receipt number, in next visit. If they honor their word, I will change to 5 stars
Ate here on way to tombstone whilst in tuscon from london uk for daughters wedding.To be fair it was ok,not bad but nothing to get excited about ,obviously better than maccy d and burger king but only marginally Having said that the milkshakes were good and server was friendly.Food 5/10Milkshake 9/10Server 9/10
nice service, the food is soo good? especially the grilled chicken salad! very clean and polite!!
