Very good freshly made Italian food with great service. No complaints about the quality but portion size was a bit disappointing having just moved from Chicago. I had the chicken marsala which was tastey but overly sweet. Ive also had pizza from here and it was very good traditional wood fired neapolitan style. A good place to bring friends or family but you probably won't have leftovers...
I want to thank Vero Amore for accommodating my wife’s birthday party last night. The service was fantastic (as usual) and everyone had an amazing time. The food is top notch, the service is fantastic, the management team is great and was so helpful in setting this up. Thank you again!!!
A bit disappointing this evening. My family took me out to dinner to celebrate Mother's Day as to avoid the madness tomorrow. Our server never introduced himself to the table. and if I didn't look on our check, I'd have never known. Ron stood at the far end of the table of 7 and tried to take drink orders. Didn't work very well as we couldn't hear him. He really didn't seem like he wanted anything to do with us. The Fettuccine Alfredo was great as were the muscles, however by the time it got to me, a total mess. The shrimp were over cooked and my pasta was quite underwhelming. No where near as flavorful as the muscles and sauce was supposed to be the same. Ron did take my meal off the bill, so thank you. Never once did he ask us if we wanted a 2nd cocktail, and we were waiting to order a bottle of wine, but that never happened. I am certain my husband tipped him well, as even with poor service he probably tipped 20%. If things had been smoother and if we felt more welcome to be there, I am sure it would have been quite a bit more.
I was very disappointed by my visit yesterday. Upon arrival at approximately 8pm the restaurant there wasn't very many customers patronizing this establishment. We were seated instantly. We received our menus and waters within a few a minutes. Then we sat for approximately 20 minutes before we were greeted by our server. By then we had the time to make all our decisions on what we were going to have for our meals. Bread, Salad and meal and drinks. We sat another 30 minutes before receiving our bread and salad. I had to ask for silverware because it wasn't on the table and wasn't delivered with the appetizer and salad. We finished our appetizer and salad and waited 45 minutes for our entree. By this time the restaurant was clear of customers with exception of a couple at the bar. It appeared that the staff was primarily concerned with cleaning and closing up for the night. At this time it was approximately 9:30pm. We did find that the food was appetizing and hot. But the timing was poor and we felt as if the service was fair but requires attention.
This restaurant really took me by surprise. To be honest, the only reason we decided to eat here was because everything else was closing and a few people in my group were vegetarian. However, the food was very good and I was very taken aback. The chicken was perfectly grilled. It carried the traits of Chik-fil-A (which is amazing) and a super fancy restaurant. We ordered a wood-fired cookie for dessert which may sound odd but I think I might have a new favorite dessert! It was a hot cookie with a thin chocolate glaze and vanilla ice cream. The food was relatively cheap compared to the amazing food. The customer service was also very nice. If you ever come (which you should) ask for Alexa. She helped us with everything we needed and was very kind to us. Definitely check this restaurant out!
This place never disappoints! The food here is amazing and affordable. Love the vibe and how friendly the service is every time I come. If you’re looking for Italian food this is a spot you cannot miss.
Absolutely delicious food! Loved the pizza, mussels in white wine garlic sauce, and hot cookie dessert. The service and timing were spot on, letting us relax and talk while enjoying our food. The prices were excellent for the quantity and quality of food.It's nice to have Neopolitan pizza, which is hard to find. The crust and topping were so good. The place operates like a well oiled machine, with everyone helping each other give customers a great experience. The atmosphere was fantastic and I love that they donate a portion of sales to help Ukraine.
We used to love this place. Nice atmosphere great drinks. Last time we went food wasn't great but we went again tonight. Hostess was forgetting people waiting to be seated we had to remind her, we sat for 20 minutes and didn't even get waters, we left without being served. The ladies next to us waited 20 plus minutes for beers I can't even imagine how long food would have taken. Is this place under new management or ownership? Why has it gotten so bad recently??? If this is the new business they are going to lose their regulars.
The food and service were excellent. Drinks were very tasty and a little strong.... that is a good thing :). Pace of service was good. Things came out at a good pace. Didn't feel like I was rushed nor did I feel like I was waiting and excessive amount of time for my food. I would recommend this place for a nice casual Italian place to eat.
Sad to hear my wedding planner called 40x before receiving a response for catering for my wedding. Had our hearts set on this place but they don't offer tastings or in-house catering. I don't want cold food on the wedding so thought this might be good info if you were wondering. Food is great but maybe not if you don't want a warming tray wedding.
