Awesome kitchen and cashier staff and really yummy pizza! If you’re in central Tucson, and looking for a slice/whole pie, this is the place for you! I would also like to say that I have gotten free garlic knots from the kitchen as a thank you for being patient for long wait times! What a friendly offer!
The worst customer service experience I ever had. I ordered over the phone about 45min earlier with Brandon that I want to dine in. I was very clear in saying that my son can not handle spicy because of that I want half buffalo chicken and half NOT spicy chicken which they have done in the past. My son and I sat down to eat but my son started complaining that could not eat due to the spicy. I explained to ASHLEY the situation and that’s when the worst customer service experience happened. My son was hungry and he can only eat something that is NOT spicy and he only needs a few slices (half pizza) that I paid for. She never acknowledged or listened to me. She kept saying that heard what Brandon said to me over the phone and he followed instructions. I asked her if she listened to what I have asked over the phone which was to put anything that is spicy in a container (jalapeños, etc). She said no. She did not care but kept raising her voice. It was embarrassing. I used to really enjoy upper crust pizza and always bring someone with me to share the goods but from now on they lost not just a loyal customer but I would highly NOT recommend nobody to go there!!!
Best pizza I've ever had West of the Mississippi!
I grew up in New York and was turned on to this place by another New yorker. Ive lived in Tucson for 20+years and this has been my go to place for 3 years now. I order from here at least once a month. The pizza is delicious, the staff are hard working and friendly, and the atmosphere is small, comfortable and all about the food. I cant recommend this place enough. The only bad experience ive had is from eating too much pizza in one sitting.
the food is delish! I stopped going to any other pizza place slices are huge salads are huge calzones are my kids new addiction but you got to try the beer just recently took a friend of mine he fell in love with the pizza definitely the beer
The food is amazing and the employees are even better. They were able to accommodate a larger order on no/short notice!!! I was able to feed an office with a variety of pizza and salads options. They are friendly, great food, amazing service and overall just a really wonderful place to spend your money. A quick lunch or a feast for all...Upper Crust really did come thru today. Thank you so much to everyone there.
The pizza quantity is a deal. You get about a fourth of an extra large pizza. Not a huge fan of the way they put toppings and already cooked cheese pizza. The buffalo chicken was good that way, but the veggies didn't cook all the way in the other piece I tried. They do have good salads and garlic knots.
Delicious, crispy crust pizza! This place is reasonably priced. You get huge proportions by the slice! Try it you wont be disappointed! So good *mmm

Absolutely delicious!! The slice's were huge. Can't wait to go back. The crust was absolutely fantastic. The meatball sub was on garlic bread.
