It's a fine place to grab a meal. We often get take out from there. They have a pretty versatile menu and lots of very pretty girls for the guys to look at while sitting at the bar. If you enjoy pretty girls, decent food, and watching sports, you'll like this place.
I’ve gone here a ton for work lunch. The one night I bring the fam to try out the place I talk about. We get pour service and burnt and soggy food. I was ready to go, embarrassed. The general manager came out and asked what was going on after I mentioned to the server my sons food was burnt. I let him know but asked to get my bill so we could go we had waited quite some time as it was. The server came out shortly to apologize and told us nothing was owed. For someone that never goes out because it’s too expensive as it is and to get bad food and service is discouraging. But for someone to recognize they didn’t do something right and take accountability is huge. This happened a couple weeks ago but my life has been too busy to recognize an establishment that genuinely wants to see their customers return. I applaud that and although I told the owner before he left the table I wouldn’t be returning. You changed my mind sir whoever you are. I look forward to hopefully a good time like it always had been before.
We really enjoy the food here. It is always consistent. It is freshly made and served hot - not from under a heat lamp! The only detraction was the big increase in prices. I realize that everything has gone up in price, but $17+ for fish and chips, seems a bit high.
Food was decent, but my waitress is why I am giving 5 stars. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, she is petite and wore a bandana on her head. I didn't know what I wanted to drink so she offered to "surprise me"... she could tell I didn't like the surprise drink, so she didn't charge me for it and brought me a different drink which I really enjoyed and appreciated immensely.

Excellent waitress! Cheerful and prompt. I ordered the salmon with a salad and it came with asparagus. All cooked to perfection. Although it was very busy when we walked in, food was ready in a very timely manner. Portion size was perfect also.
We Wisconsin types love a good Friday night fish fry. And Trident II delivered. Sweet, tender cod with a crispy coating accompanied by tartar sauce that nobody needed, and a beautiful coleslaw that was absolutely decadent. This rivals some of the best fish fries I've had in Wisconsin, and I've been around a lot of fish fries in my life! I will be back here again and again because it is so damn good.
We went here because we were told it was good. However we didn't have such a good experience. I had the wedge salad as did one of my friends. When they came one had onions and tomatoes and the other didn't...I also had the bread bowl clam chowder which was just ok. When the time came to pay the server took our cash but gave us the wrong change (short changing us). She was not the best to start with as the refills on the drinks were few and far between. I would go here again.
Trident grill is fabulous! the food and the service is just phenomenal!!
When for a meeting and it was the second time there and still had a good meal. One of the few places I have found in town that will cook the hamburger how you want it and medium rare was just that, perfect. It was a little big to eat, although I cant complain it was good. Service was good and attentive once they got to us, I think it was just a rush time. Drinks never run dry.
