I usually have a great experience at this location. However, it was not as pleasant this time.I ordered chicken bites as part of my meal. The chicken was not cooked right (I do not if it was raw, but it did not taste good). I will supply a picture of chicken below.Next, the golfing mat was out of place and it was difficult to golf because of it. The golf balls would fall between the mat and the machine.Finally we ordered tator tots and asked for ketchup. We were given a plate to put the ketchup on. The plate was dirty. I will supply a picture of the plate below.I will reconsider my next visit to Top Golf Tucson.
This place is fun, but can get very expensive. One hour was $42.00. Just for the bay we were in. That did not include food and drinks. I do love coming here but expect to pay what you came for.
Had a great time with our group at this location. They were timely with getting us checked in and to our bays, getting our monitors set up, and food and drink orders taken. The food was good and everyone had a good time. Staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
First time doing this experience, and we will be back.Games are fun and our group had a total mix of abilities with everyone being involved. The food was decent, staff was awesome, and the atmosphere was fun.Highly recommend
We loved it! Really fun time with our older girls and their hubbies. Competitive night trying to beat each others scores. Clean place and everything worked well and the equipment was in good shape. Also pool,shuffle board and foosball free to play in the lower level. A+
our server, Peaches, was an absolute delight. the game itself is pricey (not unlike real golf) i think all up between reservation, game (60 minutes), appetizers, and two glasses of wine we spent about $140.
They have obviously dialed in a success story here. Any one of any age and golf ability will have a great time. Always clean, great food and excellent service. If you haven't gone, it's a must.
This place never leaves me disappointed, great customer service, every employee greets you with a smile, awesome menu of drinks and food. Zero complaints. The parking lot is so huge as well, zero issues parking.

Place where employees are fired for not liking rap music played at work or not appreciating the way they're talked-to so they put their foot down and get let go. Where you are worked 8 plus hours with no break, or time to re-fuel. where you are promised a free meal during training with no meal. You will be schedule for days that they know you're not available hoping you won't show up so they have reason to let you go and not pay you. Does not support Christian employees, but rather punishes any that speak up about their faith. Highly regret taking their offer for employment, but lesson learned...UPDATE: So after being pulled in for a meeting to address said issues, kitchen staff and associates have found multiple reasons to complain about my tone and attitude towards others on the job. I've been commended for my work ethic by many higher management and executive staff, yet because I still won't bow down to certain people I am considered a problem associate. I've been openly threatened by a co-worker yet no one saw or heard anything, I've had chefs allow others the freedom to slack off but demand I pick up the slack, and I have had a sous Chef pretend to support his staff, but will penalize you for having a family emergency. It's no wonder people are always quitting or walking out every month. This is what they serve you when they don't want you working with them anymore courtesy of Chef Nicolas Romero...
